There was no 5euro parking area as it says, no Internet in bedroom, and room was very hot/stuffy.
Just a basic room to sleep at night.Breakfast good.
We were given room in 4th floor and the building has no lift. No hair dryer .
Couch in room was cool. Very clean toilet. Very good breakfast, with good hours. Some of the staff were very friendly (whole others were completely disinterested).
No soap outside the toilets. No wifi in the room and nowhere to really use wifi- we had to sit on the stairs. Second floor shower didn't drain. Whole hotel smelt like cigarettes because of the bar on the first level. Poor quality TV. Access off the road was very tight - the pedestrian curb is very thin, too thin for a suitcase, I even had a car hit my hand when it went past.
nice place un the center.
nelíbil se mi innsbruck, jako takový!! hotel dobrý
Thankyou so much for letting us check in early, it was a blessing to get a couple hours sleep after our terrible overnight train ride from slovenia
Wifi could be improved in the upstairs rooms
excellent location (very close to old town), Daniel was great and helped us a lot, clean rooms and value for money.
Great location. Nice old building.
A bit dingy like a hostel. Breakfast was fine. Internet wasn't available everywhere.
good location and good breakfast
smoke filled bar where barman to buisy smoking and playing cards to serve
We loved our stay. It was spotless. Helpful and pleasant staff. Close to old city. Comfy beds. The shared bathroom was very clean. No problem with access. Good wifi down stairs.
Road noise was a bit much overnight. But that was the only negative.
Perfect location, touch of Medieval ambiance. Kind and flexible staff.
Poor breakfast, hotel somewhat overpriced for the overall service.
The location was brilliant, right in the centre of everything. Although bathrooms were shared, they were kept clean.
Constant smell of stale smoke, loud between 11pm-12am
..Excellent location, rooms, breakfast.
Wifi did not work properly in the room. Had to find a spot in the room to catch a good signal. Wifi in the lounge worked perfectly. Otherwise no complaints.
location and quiet room
you can´t pay with credit cash but the don´t say anything when you book the hotel. bad manner of the person in charge. no se puede pagar con tarjeta de credito. dicen que se les rompio, mentiraaaaaa!!
I liked the location, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. Staff helped me to book a river rafting day trip.
Guests should be aware that there is no elevator, so lots of steps ups and down for some rooms. Also, hotel wi-fi did not reach rooms on the upper floor. The bar off the lobby permits smoking inside, so I didn't want to spend any time in there, however I wanted to access the wi-fi. I was kindly let into the breakfast room in the evening to have non-smoking wi-fi access, however this was an exception (but should be offered to all guests).
Close to the city centre
Lack of showers
Clean and spacious rooms. Clean shared bathrooms. Female staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is quite a walk from the train station.
Daniel is very helpful and very kind. Location is very very close to the center.
Location was great, just five minute walk from the center, clean room and decent breakfast. Well worth the money for a night.
Would be nicer if the staffs were a little more friendly, have seen much better people at the reception in other hotels. Can be noisy at night due to the bar/restaurant downstairs. Not recommended for old people as there are no elevators.
1. Location is alright 2. Bread for breakfast was excellent 3. Staff was very helpful 4. Although shared facilities suck in general, the showers were relatively clean. 5. Nice view from the breakfast place.
1. VERY LOUD. Located on the corner of two BUSY streets. One of the streets is VERY NARROW (there is no sidewalk !!!). So the sound of trash trucks 5:30 in the morning is killing. 2. DANGEROUS -- you exit right on the street. No sidewalk between the exit of the hotel and the road (look it up on the Google map). So carrying a buggy back and forth was VERY CHALLENGING and FRUSTRATING. 3. POOOOR ventilation. The windows and doors are new and hermetic. There are no vent ducts so it gets stuffy immediately. Cannot leave the windows open due to the outside NOISE... 4. POOR WIFI -- you need to go to the corridor for decent reception. 5. EVERYONE IN INNSBRUCK SMOKES! You can smell the cigarette stink everywhere including corridors...open the door and you can smell it inside... 6. Poor ventilation in the shared toilets. 7. No wash basins in the toilets. 8. No view from most of the rooms.
comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly and helpful service, cheap price, very close to the old city center (300m!). Value for money.
shower rail was damaged. Not easy to take a shower. Bad towels were available in the shared bathroom. At 08.00 AM all the towels were used and we had to dry with a small towel. It would be better if the towels were IN the room. Internet was not available at the third floor. Hotel is located close to a narrow road with a lot of traffic (during the night noisy in our room -- street-side).
Awesome location, comfortable, really clean, nice rooms, good space, good food, competent stuff
The location is good - close to the city center and Messe Innsbruck
- WiFi doesn't work in the rooms
