Nice ambience, friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfortable room. Within walking distance of everything yet felt as if you were in the country. Good breakfast and restaurant attached which was very convenient. |

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was close enough to the town centre to be convenient but far enough out to be peaceful and relaxing. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere throughout. |

The hotel has a very nice location, at a walking distance from the center while being already next to the country side. Furthermore, it offers a more than acceptable quality to price ratio. The staff is very kind and useful. The experience was plesant and rewarding. |

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Room for four people was excellent choice for a family like us (2 adults and two teenage children). Breakfast was suprising good and at the restaurants Wiener Snitzel was huge. City is on walking distance approx 20 minutes. So the hotel was wery good choice on the way to Italy. Parking areas might be a problem on high season. |

La zona donde esta ubicado esta muy bien. La habitacion era muy amplia.El trato del personal muy cordial. Desayuno poco variado ; algo lejos del centro : es necesario transporte para bajar al centro historico. Quizas la relacion calidad precio no es la mas idonea. |

Очень уютный семейный отель в классическом австрийском стиле, вкусная кухня, приветливый персонал, красивейшие места на окраине города, удобное расположение. Богатый минибар. Душевая кабина не герметична, есть возможность доступа детей к проводке в лампах. |

La habitación que nos dieron era cuadruple, pero había dos espacios independientes dentro de la misma habitación. Muy amplia y cómoda. Debido a las altas temperaturas, por la ola de calor, se tenía que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y era algo ruidoso. |

Mooie schone kamer. Het personeel van het restaurant in de kelder is zeer klantonvriendelijk. Voor de kinderen kon er geen patat gebakken worden en het menu buiten gaf andere gerechten als binnen op de kaart. Er was ook geen enkele mogelijkheid om maar iets aan te passen. Het restaurant is trouwens van een andere eigenaar. In het centrum van Innsbruck zien voldoende restaurants. |
