We were in the newer section and the bathroom was wonderful. It was large and well appointed and 2 walls were completely made of frosted glass. Breakfast was great. Hard finding the right elevator. If you got on one in the old section, it didn't stop on your floor?? |

Friendly staff, Good priced food, very clean. Television did not work. Beds were uncomfortable because mattress sloped upwards near the head. The town itself was a little boring, but a good place to stop en route to somewhere else. |

The room was impressive and quite big. The bathroom was huge and had a nice bathtub. But be careful: it appears that the hotel has an old and new part. Our room was in the new part. Rude staff. When we arrived at night there was nobody at the reception and we had to wait for some time before someone appeared. |

the room was exquisite. The breakfast was ok but I have seen better. The booking reservation did not allow to clearly specify that we travel with an infant and the staff could not provide a small bed except for extra charge. In the conditions this should have been for free |

The hotel room was updated and quite nice. Good location and easy to find. Free and adequate parking. Breakfast typical and adequate. Had to pay for use of the Internet. It smelled smokey in the restaurant and hallways. Slow restaurant service. |

Like the restaurant and bar on the premises. Maybe, too many smoking areas! |

Very nice, new and clean rooms. Got a nice upgrade of the room (in the new section) with a lovely view of the mountains. |

The room, located in the new section on the gasthof, was brand new and perfect from all points of view. Soap in the bathroom would have been appreciated, but this a minor thing. |

Our room was in a new wing of the hotel. It was super spacious and had a lovely huge bathroom with separate shower and tub, worth the little extra amount for convenience and time savings. Restaurant attached in main building serves fabulous tasting dinners and reasonable costs. Elevators give easy access to upper floors. Bus group here so parking space was difficult as bus took up eight parking spaces for regular cars. |

Big room. Quite, even the room faced the main street. Food in the restaurant was nice (dinner). The staffs at the restaurant were not so friendly. |

Good room, although neon lamp was gone. Good bed, bath ok. Nice surroundings, even with main road next to hotel. Food was terrible, and extremely slow, with friendly staff completely unorganised. It was chaos. |
