Good view from the Balcony and the old style design for the hotel and the room. Excellent staff and nice surrounding area around the hotel No wi fi in the room and there is a safety risk at the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs where there is a raised step with no warning sign near room # 16. It would be good if they can have a safety box at each room |

Great view over the city Innsbruck. It's a bit off road from the centre, but the view and quietness makes up for the distance. Very good breakfast. The bathroom is in desperate need for renovation. The building is an old cottage in Austria and fits the landscape but the WC/bathroom is very old. |

It was quite run-down and felt in need of a good overhaul. The "ensuite" shower room was tiny, internal and had no ventilation. It was pricey for what it offered. |

Short drive to city centre and nice views Appalling beds - no support and only suitable for people under six foot due to large footboard, breakfast pretty basic but ok. Shower in room also horrible , just a small cubicle |

Location, peace and quiet. Friendly staff. Old interior, poor small bathroom. No English speaking staff. Restaurant was closed when we were there. |

Perhaps the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The location, only one hour from Strasbourg, was the reason why we booked this hotel. Everything was so clean and nice so it felt more like a hospital than a place where you could feel "at home". I would recommend this hotel to elderly people looking for a very nice and quite place to relax. |

We liked that the hotel was at the hillside with the beauytfull view over Innsbruck. It was nice big rooms with plenty of room for a family of 4. And a good breakfast-buffet to start the day on. The Hotel was perfekt for our one-night stay on the way to Italy. |

Fantastic - Great location - bus every 15 mins & taxis are about 8 euros. Great view, v. friendly & relaxing. Best of both worlds - near enough to the city but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. Ask for a balcony/view - it was great to wake up overlooking the city and mountains every day... I want to go back! Could do with tea making facilities, but available at the bar anyway. |

A stunning setting with a brilliant view from the outside restaurant. The food was good and there was adequate variety. The shower in the room is very small for a large person. |

Lovely view of the Innsbruck city. Own parking. Walking distance to the Nordpark funicular 3rd station (last up the hill from the city). You can use that to go down to the city and you'll be right in the heart of the town or take the other 2 sections up the Seegrube & Hafelekar to the mountain top. Good breakfast spread. The owners didn't speak English, but were very patient and willing to communicate. Not a big issue. |

The room was extremely spacious and clean. We had a quadruple room and it was pleasant to see that the room was actually large and not just a double room with 2 sofa-cum beds. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. |

In my room, I heard the noise of the people in the dining area. The entrance area and the lobby upstairs smelled like old frying oil. I did not have my own toilet and had to use one in the corridor, several doors away. |

Stayed there because we wanted to be close to the Nordkettenbahn. Convenient if you want to go skiing on Seegrube. Breakfast is average. Owners are friendly and helpful. Great view from the room. No wifi, old spider webs on walls, average to low quality of furniture, owners do not speak English (but they are patient/willing to communicate), better not use it as a base to explore Innsbruck if you do not have a car |
