Friendly, family guesthouse - relaxed atmosphere. Wonderful views, with bus stop outside taking you to the centre of innsbruck.
clean and warm, you sight can reach the whole city.
wifi is not so good, sometimes will disconnect.
J bus which takes you into city comes often, views were great.
Felt unsafe walking down/up hill no footpath (catch J bus) allowed smoking - rooms smelt of smoke, staff didn't speak English.
Location great, friendly staff
Plastic glasses in room, that broke when opened the plastic sleeve. No tea making facilities
Located in very nice surroundings, bus station is very close to the hotel, breakfast was delicious.
Bathroom is very tiny, room is very simple.
Good city view; walk down and up from the path to the old city. The cats and squrrel.
My friend's room can see the city view, but mine can't.
The views were stunning. Quiet location. Pleasant staff (might be family?). Small balcony overlooking the city.
Room 3 measures no more than 10 sq mtrs. In there is a shower and washbasin. You have to use a communial loo. This was the smallest room I have been offered so far. Dinner in the restaurant was good but you had to pay cash. No charge to the room, no credit card and yet, payment on check out was with a credit card!
Delightful guesthouse overlooking Innsbruck. Fantastic view of the city. Good food and beer too. Easy going staff and relaxing stay.
The mattress was terrible, and there was no outlets to charge mobiles in our room. The heater didn't work, and the receptionist, was too rude when we asked her to fix it or change our room.
Too exprnsive, by far!
This place is fantastic! Family business and very friendly...food is just the best!! Scenery is amazing! Service is great...cannot fault this place...
Incredible views, lovely breakfast, friendly owners who despite their lack of English were still always smiling.
Very creaky bed! Also I warn anyone considering walking there with their luggage- don't! It's very uphill- take the J bus and get off at the Ölberg stop!
restaurant is very good and cheap
Place quite difficult to be reached, too far from city center if you don't have car, room style quite old
The traditional food was first class. The view from the balcony over Innsbruck was spectacular.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The dinner was excellent. Very fair prices. A spectacular view!
Great location, with amazing view of the city -- about a 20 min walk into downtown
Very small Bathroom, and slow service at the restaurant
Location good views
Toilet inside the room
Nice view of city and staff were nice but didn't speak a lot of English. Room was clean...a bit small but for one nite and a cheap price it served its purpose.
It was a bit a pain to get to if u didn't have a car. U have to rely on buses which were confusing somewhat.
Views to the city but only in some rooms
Cleaning Old furnitures Decoration and finishes of the rooms
was everything ok but the old lady was bit rude from rezeption
The location was great overlooking the city of Innsbruck. But this was only from my parents' room. Our room had the parking lot view. This wasn't a big issue as we were there only for a night.
The room cleanliness was just about average and the bathrooms were tiny. The breakfast didn't leave a lasting impression.
Perfect location both for overnight and holiday family stay. Fantastic view from balcony, You may easily snap pictures of whole Innsbruck as well as olimpic village. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Reasonable price level.
restricted car parking area, especially when arriving late.
Amazing Views 15 min walk from old town easy and free parking close to gondola station
a bit loud 2 star rating slow service at the restaurant
Balcony, Library of English-language books,
Tiny, Tiny room and bed
The location, the view from the terrasse and the rooms facing Innsbruck is outstanding. There is a restaurant and bar (restday Wednesday) and wifi. Free carparking is available at the hotel. There is a bus stop for Innsbruck nearby. If walking into town it will take 20-25 min. It takes slighty longer uphill, if fit!
There was no fridge in room. Breakfast menu limited and instant coffee from vending machine only. Filter coffee would have been welcome. My wife disliked plastic bathroom pod and the noisy extractor fan.
