Very clean place, friendly staff. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but definitely enough to keep you going the whole day. Beautiful location. Location is a bit far from the center of Innsbruck, so access without a car is not easy

The Hotel address stating: "Innsbruck Sud" is misleading and caused us an hour of searching since the GPS could not find it. It is in "Mutters" not in Innsbruck. The invoice states: "Free WiFi in public areas". There is no free wifi in public areas. There is only a computer running Linux with a buggy firefox browser, slow almost useless. One hour WiFi in the room costs 4.5 Euros! This hotel is a complete scam luring guest with the promise of being in Innsbruck and having free internet while not delivering on both. Booking should be policing such behaviour and censor it. Also breakfast was the poorest we had in Austria.

Very nicely located in the mountains around Innsbruck, with a 15-min trip by bus to the city (every 1hr). The attitude of the owner. He wanted to keep my passport until I pay, so I had to pay on arrival. The cost of the Wi-Fi is outraugeous (4,80 EUR/hr). There was a public terminal for free internet, but you had to ask someone to turn it on every time. We used 25 different hotels on this trip, and Wi-Fi was free except one other, charging EUR 2,50 for 24hs. The breakfast was set, with a bread roll and three slices of ham per person.

One of the best kept small hotels I have stayed in.limited food menu but of good quality.Breakfast very good. Only about 15 minutes to Innsbruck by car or bus.stunning location but road can be a bit noisy at times. Small price to pay for location.watch the bus service on a weekend its not reliable, had to get taxi back from Innsbruck cost 25 euros, bus fare is 2.60 Euros. Should be English version of guest info book, and English version of Menu.As a tourist type hotel this is a major ommission.Small points but make a big difference.

Location, food in resturant was good. Spectacular views Staff a bit miserable, Room was poorly designed, roof went from high to very very low within a few metres, I am nearly 2 metres tall and could only use 10% of the room !!! The bed was under the low part of the roof and we banged our heads more than once when getting up!! It was very warm on our stay but there was no air con and we could not fully open the window because it hit the tv stand, again caused by the odd shaped room. Despite offering free wi-fi on the web site, there was in fact none !!!

The hotel is convenient for Innsbruck and the Brenner pass to Italy. The food was simple but well cooked. The hotel is right on a main road (fortunately most traffic takes the Brenner motorway so the road is not too busy). The hotel stands more or less alone - there are no other restaurants nearby. The restaurant is only open until 8pm - don't arrive too late!

Very nicely located on the way to Italy on the brenner street. Very close to Innsrbuk as well. Nice rooms, big bathrooms, very comfortable beds, excellent views, good restaurant with very delicious gulasch soop and of course very good breakfast. No internet in the rooms, the towels were not very good quality and they were small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu was not large, but the food they did offer was great. There is a bus station across the road from the hotel - so going into Innsbruck was not a problem. It was an awesome place to stay out of the city centre. Carrying the luggage up those stairs was a bit of a nightmare.

We arrived on Sunday at 4pm to be told no food available from 4.30 - no shops withn vicinity only driving distance and we had already driven quite a distance. Tractor parked in front of garage so couldn't access for several hours. Room clean, partic bathroom - airy, spacious. Shared balcony. Beautiful views. Lovely walk. Hostel feel to corridors in separate guest house. Too quiet on Sundays

The room was very clean, the shower excellent, plenty of pressure and hot water. The staff were extremely helpful. They even swapped my nights accommodation for another night. The address of the hotel in Booking.com is incorrect. I needed to phone the hotel for the correct address.

Helpful, efficient staff. Good, comfortable bed. This place is difficult to find if you are travelling with just a Notebook pc or Tablet and cannot print the driving instructions. The address did not show up on my GPS and I had to get verbal driving instructions from the hotel staff. When I checked the location on my arrival, the GPS gave a totally different locality and certainly not 'Innsbruck' as shown on the Booking website.
