Plenty of space peaceful location
Lack of kitchen utensils average beds
Large apartment, good facilities, well located as stopover for our journey. Serves good schnitzel and excellent beer.
Nice place, very nice family. Thank you
The property owner was really nice
The room smelled of cigarettes Top floor no elevator Kitchen without a tap or running water- to get water you have to go to the toilets
The room was clean and everything I needed was there.
Sadly the room's furnishing was very out-of-date. Also there was a bird's nest outside of my window which had bird's chirping like crazy starting at 5am. Not a great sleep.
Excellent staff. Good Italian restaurant just across the road.
Hotel restaurant closed (should have been open)
Staff were very helpful even though I do not speak German and the food in the bar:restaurant was simple but fresh and delicious
Friendly and with space to park
All was OK !
Very conveniently placed with everything you could want for driving around Europe.
Could have more cooking pots, etc.
The location is quite good. There are some free parking places.
The room and the building itself were smelly, because of smoking. The bed-clothes was also smelly. The internet connection was out of order during the whole stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was our second visit. The excellent bed. A nice warm room. An electrical outlet in the bathroom cabinet (couldn't find one last time we stayed here) Good breakfast with Tchibo coffee. In a nice area on the edge of Graz - easy motorway access. A good Italian restaurant across the road. Our favourite place for an overnight stop when travelling south.
One very minor thing only - nowhere to put shampoo and shower gel when in the shower.
freundliches Personal, Frühstück
Good ratio. Very nice breakfast!
Wi-fi was not working in the room. No elevator, so it is not very comfortable to live on 3rd floor with big luggage. There is no hangers in bathroom at all. No place to put towels and clothes.
Quit clean but old furniture, no baby cot
- cable box - comfortable bed - peaceful area - free internet
- no hair dryer
I was looking for the budget hotel out from the Graz city center. This hotel was good selection from that point of view with quite good breakfast and the restaurant downstairs.
I was a bit surprised when on my arrival instead of receptionist there were 2 large dogs on that side of the bar. Maybe they were friendly, but I would rather say that they were reserved and still were barking a bit. To call receptionist you need to ring, but you can not reach the button because of dogs. What are they going to do if I am going to reach the button and ring for receptionist? Is it going to be just barking or could things get worse? I am waiting patiently for receptionist instead. But in fact I am very tired and would like to go into bed instead of saying to these 2 creatures - you are both nice, stay calm please. Never got such an experience in any hotel and in fact I would not like to have it again, even if I like nature and like animals, too.
I can't remember the last time I slept in such a comfortable bed - it was just what I needed after a day of driving. The breakfast was good. The owner's son went to great lengths to enable me to use my laptop online. Although evening meals are not available on Saturday and Sunday there is a very good Italian restaurant immediately opposite.
My partner expected to find a hair-drier but there wasn't one. She used her own but found that she had to use an electricity socket outside the bathroom although the only mirror, which was too small and situated too high, was in the bathroom which was not very brightly lit. This arrangement was far from convenient. A couple of extra electricity outlets would have made things easier. There were neither glasses nor even plastic cups supplied.
