This is a great place to stay. So close to Innsbruck, yet in a quiet location. The house is splendid, the rooms well equipped and new. Traditional local food is offered in the restaurant, special attention paid to the children. We were very pleased, thanks!
Very good food Nice breakfast Very nice staff There was place for kids outside and inside and they enjoyed those very much (5 and 6 years old)
Tv was small and old, but that didnt bother us because who would stay in and watch it anyway
The hotel was in a charming location, and a 15 min walk to the town of Igls. the room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The food was very nice.
The staff only really had one person whom spoke english, however the rest did speak broken english.
Quite location, nice and clean room, good food, we slept very well
the restaurant looks like a college refectoire. Eating in de garden is much finer.
lokation, playground for children, glutenfree meal
Nice views and ok breakfast
Old, the bathroom was not so clean
Staff was helpful. Food was great. Location was good because it was in a quiet town but very close to Innsbruck. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Great views in the countryside
The service is too standard, I expect something different of a guesthouse (not a hotel). But that may be due to my bad German.
The staff was unbelievably great; very polite greeting. I ate at their restaurant on the first floor; the food was great, and the waitress translated the entire menu for me, item by item (it was in german). The room was great, I requested a balcony and they filled my request without additional fees!!
We had a family suite which was suoerb for our teenage kids. The staff spoke xellent English (thankfully - my German isnt good)
Although it is located in a lovely little village its quite a drive into Innesbruck. Car essential.

very friendly staff and the manager, warm rooms, nice mountain view
i'm a fan of modern style rooms and bathrooms...
It is simply a beautiful place to visit and to stay. Staff, location, place and service is great. Free WiFi is also available.
-Position: close to Innsbruck -package price for room and half-borad -room: clean -dinner
-common areas, corridors: need refreshment -Hotel bar is in an open area, and smoking is allowed. I didn't know that this was still possible in W Europe. Strange, especially that the place was fully open to the lobby, and the hotel was full of children. Cigarette and cigar smell could be felt .
Large room,Wi Fi (free) parking (free) good breakfast.
Overcharged, slack staff, took no credit card. Unprofessional.
