Tout et plus encore hotel plein de charme ,merveilleusement situé personnel tres accueillant et tres courtois et petit dejeuner formidable dans un cadre inoubliable Le parking un peu loin mais avec un taxi pour 5 euros nous avons resolu le probleme car nous avions beaucoup de bagages |

Quand j'entrais dans l'hôtel, j'avais l'impression d'entrer dans l'histoire. Je me sentais choyée et importante.Etre entourée de beaux meubles anciens, de vivre dans un immeuble plus vieux que mon pays, d'être reçue comme une personne importante m'a vraiment fait vivre une expérience unique. Si j'avais à vivre une expérience romantique, c'est dans un hôtel tel que celui-là que j'aimerais le vivre. Merci. J'ai tout aimé de l'hôtel y compris l'extérieur. |

Très bien situé - Personnel très efficace et aimable - Bon petit-déjeuner Hôtel surclassé (4* !!!) avec équipement d'un 2*. Extrêmement bruyant (les chambres donnant dans la rue piétonne.principale. Confort un peu juste. |

Smart boutique hotel. Excellent location in the very historical center of the town. Rooms are not so small as mentionned in some other customers comments. Good breakfast. |

Staff was very nice, room was large and very clean. Bathroom was small but very comfortable and the water was hot. Breakfast was ggod with a lot of different foods. We asked for an extra bed for a child and the staff were very helpful and considerate. |

We loved the atmosphere and how old it felt, and knowing the history of it was cool; the location was very nice, and the street life right below us was lots of fun. We would definitely stay here again!!! As with most places, the bed was too short for a tall person. |

The hotel was perfectly located in the old town and the room we had was lovely.Breakfast was well layed out with a very good variety to choose from. Overall we were verry happy with our decision to choose this hotel. |

A historical place at the very centre of the city, you can really imagine Mozart staying there. Amazing breakfast. Nice, clean room. The room was smallish, but that was to be expected in an old hotel like this. |

The history of the building was what caught our eye, but everything was downhill from there. The hotel location is difficult at best. Parking is in a structure that is blocks away from the hotel. The room we had was totally unattractive...small and spare. Bathroom arrangement was not good. |

We were made very welcome and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The site in the centre of the Altstadt was excellent and the historic hotel had all main facilities. Breakfasts had good choice on the buffet. Plenty of cafes and restaurants for evening meals a few minutes walk away. |
