The hotel is a little on the pricey side. We were in room 18 (right above the front door) and it stayed loud a lot of the time, until dark, when they locked the front door. The restaurant staff WAS NOT friendly! Expensive and I would recommend eating elsewhere!
The staff in the hotel was excellent! The location is good, though, just a bit far from town. We wanted something quiet and out of town, so this was perfect for us! It rained, but I would have loved the hike to Neuschwanstein which starts nearby. Rooms were clean and they were very spacious. Breakfast was great. They were VERY accommodating, the selection was fantastic (It took two walls to display all the food), and it was replenished often. Ours was a triple room, a little on the small side, with 3 beds. The beds were twins (2 pushed together) and comfortable. Wi-Fi was not reliable in the rooms. We knew this and accessed in the lobby. The bathroom was nice, just small, but a decent sized shower. The parking was on site in the parking lot, though it did fill up quickly.
