Breakfast was very good!

No free Internet, the window blinds did not fully obscure the room.

Excellent location for visiting Popular castles and the children's museum At Ehrenberg. The staff is friendly & breakfast is good. The rooms have recently been renovated.

It was horrible without heating during the living night.

The location was great. We visited the Neuchwanstein castle and it was a short drive away. The rooms were large, bathroom&toilet were large. Good breakfast. Very good value for money.

Our room was next to a train station. The train went by every 30 minutes (give or take), but not at night. It didn't make very loud noise and didn't bother me, but some people can find it annoying.

We had a room that was fantastic. Was like right out of an IKEA catalog. The breakfast had a great selection and was kid friendly. I would stay there again. They had wifi and even though you had to pay, the host offered to me for free for a couple of hours. About a 15 minute drive to Fussen which is near Castle Neuschwanstein.

Very quiet and in the countryside of Austria. Close to Neushwanstein Castle, but not in in bustle of Fussen, Germany.

Lots of smoking while I ate dinner. They don't speak any English.

Nice and clean, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, close to castle attractions. Had a great restaurant with a beer garden for outside dining.

The staff's English was not very good, but they tried very hard.

This was my fourth stay at Zum Schwanen. The location is great as it is only about 15 minutes from Füssen, Germany and Neuschwanstein. Yet you are in a quiet, peaceful and lovely area. Since my last stay about a year ago, the rooms have been completely remodeled. They are very nice and modern. They also have free wifi.

We really satisfied. The staff very friendly. Amazing view of mountains and forests. Food was good. Location very convenient for travelling to Germany or inland of Austria. The room was big enough for our family (2 adults and 3 children).

The small refrigerator would be good for family with young children. The majority of staff don't speak English.

Liked everything about Zum Schwannen ! Friendly, warm reception ! Food delicious! Chef went out of his way to make my stay (and eating ) extremely pleasurable ! Found the best (scenic) route for my trip to Bregenz . Not to forget the complimentary glass of local fruit schnapps, after dinner ! Delicious ! Will go back there again !

Big rooms, big balcony, nice view. Very quiet and relaxing stay. Good breakfast and very nice staff.

It's location was unusual..in such a small village, yet the hotel itself was very modern in operation, and Old World BAVARIA is style and comfort. The views of the Alps surrounded you, especially from the dining rooms. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Le bon rapport qualité prix, le petit déjeuner copieux dans une salle agréable, la très bonne insonorisation (fenêtres) malgré la proximité de la route.

Heel goed doorreishotel. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Alles heel proper. Prima ontbijt.

Stayed in a family room; separation wall between 2 double beds, sober but nicely set, well equipped: large bathroom, safe box, 2 flat tv, etc.

Чистота в отеле.Такое впечатление ,что ты на даче на Рублёвке.

Персонал и владельцы не говорят ни на каком языке кроме немецкого.Все добротно,но вместе с тем есть ощущение ,что ты здесь лишний.Завтраки "никакие". Рано утром за стеной проходит электричка .

Staff gentilissimo,solare e attento alle esigenze del cliente.Ristorante con ottimi piatti e prezzi non troppo alti.Camere pulite,tranquille e molto confortevoli.Si trova vicino alla stazione dei treni,ma non abbiamo mai sentito nessun rumore.Colazione ottima che spazia dai cibi dolci a quelli salati.Parcheggio dell'albergo comodissimo.Molto vicino ai castelli di Ludwig,in una posizione ideale. Peccato non esser rimasti di più e non aver provato la sauna...
