very clean, with great food at a reasonable price, and nice quiet location. smoking is allowed in certain areas of the hotel and it was the first thing you noticed. |

Very comfortable and clean. Staff waited for us despite our late arrival. Breakfast buffet very good. Beautiful area. Staff spoke English well enough. |

Excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff although they didn't speak English. Beautiful setting and only 20 minutes from Neuschwanstein Castle. No soap in the bathrooms, you have to ask for it. Towels were air dried and very scratchy. Uncomfortable mattress, I could feel the springs. Still a good value for the money, though. |

Everyone at the hotel was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time and the food was excellent. We would recommend the hotel to friends and family |

very quiet area, beautiful view, the room and bathroom were spotless, and breakfast was sufficient. the bridge to the town was out, which made getting there a little difficult, the makeshift offramp on the highway is scary!! There isn't much to do there or in the neighboring town of Reutte, except the castle ruins. there was no party on a saturday night. |

This was a bit out of the way from the Neuschwwanstein area but that is what made it so great. Beautiful country where one could enjoy outdoor activities aplenty. Very clean and the staff was friendly and more than helpful. |

La nostra camera (e il bagno) era molto grande, confortevole e pulita. Personale gentile e colazione abbondante. Posto tranquillo (ci sono solo poche case...) e vicino ai castelli. Abbiamo deciso che prenoteremo qui anche la prox volta che torniamo da quelle parti. Il personale parla solo tedesco e poco inglese |

Accueil très sympathique, chambres simples mais propres , petit déjeuner correct et repas du soir très bon à la carte, cuisine très originale et pleine de goût. Idéal pour visiter la région ou les châteaux de Louis ii à un tarif plus doux qu'en Bavière . |

Hotel molto bello, ci hanno dato una camera enorme con balcone con vista montagne. La famiglia che lo gestisce parla poco l'inglese ma è gentilissima. Consiglio di fermarsi a cena perchè si mangia divinamente. E' a circa 15 minuti d'auto dai castelli. Peccato essersi fermati una notte sola...Lo consiglio vivamente, anche per passeggiate in montagna, è ideale per famiglie e per coppie. |
