Everything, the staff, very good food (home cooked). It has very relaxing beds, and everything that you want if you want to relax. |

The room was nice and large. The dinning room was pretty. Parking. Friendly treatment. Soap in any form is missing in the bathroom. Breakfast is a little poor. |

The rooms were clean and the hotel was looked great from the outside.. The location of the hotel (near the lifts of Kitzsteinhorn). Nice stuff with gentle manners. Very expensive phone service from inside the room. Big difference in prices from the phone booths in town. Extra cost of drinks without letting me know first. Time to replace the linings of the hotel (in two cases there was a hole in the lining) |

Die sehr schöne Umgebung, besonders die Stauseen und der Gletscher. Internetnutzung = 5 € für gerademal 1 Stunde. Flatrate wäre normal. |

Vacker natur! Sköna kuddar! Hemsk inredning och det var ingen rolig mat som ingick i priset. Väldigt dyrt med tanke på standarden. Frote´lakan är inte skönt! |

Vriendelijke ontvangst, persoonlijk, kindvriendelijk, familiekamer, prijs-kwaliteit, picknick voor de volgende dag. Ongeloofelijk veel vliegen in het restaurant, hier moet echt iets aan gedaan worden. |

Linistea, peisajul, pozitia si distanta fata de obiectivele din zona,confortul din apartament, utilitatile ( bucataria ), siguranta. Personalul, putin mai apropiat de clientii din hotel, nu numai de cei ce servesc sau stau in restaurant ( doar este pensiune de familie, nu hotel! ). Bauturile din barul apartamentului ( sucuri si bere ), puteau fi ,,din partea casei" la cate zile am stat si mai ales puteau fi macar la numarul de persoane. Internetul este inca o sursa de imbogatire. Mirosul pe holul hotelului este numai de mancare amestecat cu tutun, in situatia in care vin familii cu multi copii. |

La struttura e la posizione dell'hotel non sono male. Distante dal centro abitato, sulla strada con ampio parcheggio e immezzo al verde Disponibilità inesistente per le esigenze del cliente, nessuna flessibilità sugli orari (breakfast e cena saltati e nessuna disponibilità a compensare con pranzo anche al sacco o banale caffè al mattino. Poca pulizia delle stanze senza sapone e bagnoschiuma. |

Am avut demipensiune.Cinele au fost ok,dar micul dejun a fost identic si foarte frugal,in toate cele 5 dimineti ale sejurului.Curatenia a fost satisfacatoare,asternuturile si prosoapele au fost schimbate in timpul sejurului,insa praful de peste tot din camera,a fost inexplicabil pentru o zona de munte ca aceea.Ventilatorul din baie functiona dupa reguli numai de patron stiute. -As sugera ca programul cinei sa fie ceva mai flexibil.In loc de 18-19,sa fie undeva intre 19-21.Altfel,din cauza izolarii cabanei,esti pur si simplu "sechestrat" in camera. - As mai sugera ca singurul serviciu al cabanei,adica internetul wireless,sa nu fie asa o sursa importanta de venit pentru proprietar(5€/ora sau 12€/3ore),taxandu-ma chiar daca nu l-am putut folosi din motive obiective. |

Stosunek ceny do komfortu jest OK. blisko lodowiec SkyBus obok hotelu jak ktoś chce czysty pokój z aneksem kuchennym za rozsądne pieniądze polecam. Malkontentom którzy tylko narzekają i szukają luksusu za darmo polecam hotele w centrum. |
