Immaculately clean, delightful staff

Newly decorated and large comfortable rooms, very helpfull, pleasant staff and excellent breakfast.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating for our requests. Hotel is undergoing some minor renovation on the outside but was no issue for us during the stay. Hotel is located just a short walk to the downtown area and easy access to the park next to Lake Konstanz. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they do serve a normal Austrian breakfast.

All was good.

I've stayed at the Germania on several occasions over the last year. It's well located, immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable. It's also close to a n excellent retaurant - the Kornmesser. Recommended.

Only 15mins free internet, but the charge for 24 hours is quite small. It's quite expensive for this type of Hotel. They allow smoking in the reception area - seems strange these days, but that's Austria!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling! Great location. Close to the bike trails, ferry and train station. Very nice breakfast.

Price was a little high, but I would still go back. Great service and close to the train and ship.

Teroble inter net servise " I payed for 3 days = worked for only 4 houres . If I ask for help they Sayed : we don't know why just try later :(. Only one person is working for Room servise and reseption as well. There is no view at all it's inside area . Room servise only for drinks there is no even Snak.

Initialy I booked the demi suite, but I was upgraded and got a fantastic suite, which in fact was a big design styled appartment. It was a great surprise and made our stay very comfortable, especially during rainy days. Very helpful personal, speaking English and even French perfectly (Jorgen). Excellent restaurant (european cuisine and not only local) , though choice was not very large.

No air conditioning or fan .. Absolutely no air movement and heat stayed in room .. Opening windows had little impact other than allowing insect bites which were real nuisance ... Did not sleep well as result

Beautifully appointed hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Good location- accross road from lake shore and just 3 minutes walk to cable car for mountain (worth doing) and 5 to town centre.

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms which is surprising given the standard of the other facilities. However, fans were provided on request.

It was easy to find, and the staff were very helpful for non speaking Germans

Geen mogelijkheid om te dineren Bij mooi weer geen probleem.Genoeg gezellige restaurants aan de oever van het meer. Maar bij regen en dat hadden wij een avond dan heb je een probleem.

Schönes großes Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Wellnessbereich ist im Keller und leider sehr dunkel ohne Fenster.

Nicht ausreichd Parkplätze vorhanden, Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zum See und der Innenstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden. Die Zimmergröße war gut, sauber und die Einrichtung relativ neu. Wir würden wenn wir wieder in Bregenz sind wieder das Hotel buchen.

Einfach super

Das Hotel Germania war bei Ankunft eine eingerüstete, staubige Baustelle, der Frühstücksraum - bei Minusgraden (!) - nur über Tiefgarage und Hof zu erreichen. Barbereich und Restaurant waren nicht nutzbar. Vor der Baustelle und der eingeschränkten Nutzung wurde auf booking nicht gewarnt, obwohl dies laut booking-Kundendienst erwünscht und für das Hotel-Management leicht möglich wäre. Das Hotel-Management hat diese Möglichkeit bestritten und war nicht bereit, unseren Rücktritt vom Vertrag zu aktzeptieren. Wir mussten leider den Rechtsweg beschreiten. Service und Seriosität sind etwas anderes.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Le petit déjeuner complet et varié avec fruits frais . Le personnel très serviable et aimable.

Le peignoir et les chaussons qu'il faut payer: c'est pas digne d'un hotel 4 étoiles. Le wifi payant au delà de 15 min dans les chambres c'est inadmissible en 2013.

Badezimmer

Kein vier Sterne Standard. Badewanne nur auf Nachfrage. Kein Balkon oder Veranda. Kein kostenloses WLAN. Eingeschränktes Frühstucksbuffet und nur bis 10 Uhr. Gutes drei, aber kein vier Sterne Hotel.!

Heerlijk om de wintersportvakantie te starten met een nachtje in dit hotel. Volgende dag nog 1,5 uur rijden en we konden direct de piste op :) Overdekte parkeergarage en pizza af te halen aan het begin van de straat.
