The staff were very positive in their attitudes and readily accessible for information and help. Their mood was very cheerful and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. I found this extremely helpful. |

The family room was so spacious, breakfast was nice, hotes staff were friendly. Almost perfect. ファミリールームはゆったりしていて，朝食も良く，フロントも感じが良かった。ほぼ完璧。 The water at shower and bath was not hot enough. シャワーとバスから十分に熱い湯が出なかった。 |

Free wireless internet (get e-mails) / Staff / Cleanliness In-room TV's are old & small. The rooms are a little too clinical - e.g. no comfortable chair to sit in. Also, my shower was difficult to get positioned correctly without soaking the bathroon floor. |

Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, sauberes grosszügiges Zimmer Reichhaltiges und schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel-Restaurant ist am Wochenende geschlossen, was nicht aus den Unterlagen hervor geht. Reinigungspersonal sonntags um 8.00 uhr zu laut! |
