bathroom design the room is not at the xpected level for a 4 star hotel, furniture are very common, ecept the bathroom deisgn all the rest is very cheap. The location is not so near from Begenz festival 20 minutes by feet. The price is quite over the services. The hotel reception is second class...;and the staff do not welcome you. You have to take care o your luggage when you arrive (take a trolley and good luck). The room is noisy in middle of safety exit. |

Clean, comfortable modern hotel with pleasant ambience, and helpful welcoming staff. Excellent food. Free car parking. Short walk to lakeside, town centre and festival hall and arena. It didn't have a bar, otherwise services/facilities were excellent. |

Only there one night bed very comfortable and room very pleasant and clean. Getting a tea or coffee not easy, kettle in room would have nice. |

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. We did not like the bathroom door. It was a full glass window and did not allow any privacy. |

quite, perfect location, nice and clean room and facilities, free parking, very close to city center, nice personnel, The Wi-Fi was with very limited access - operated very poor at the lobby and no access at the room (room no 108). |

Location was excellent near the main commerical area and sea promenade bike//running trails. Room and finnish bath were very comforting after a day of sporting actitivites. Breakfast good. |

The staff was very helpful organizing our dinner reservations. The wellness room was cosy and good for relaxing with lounge chairs, a big flat screen tv, jetted showers, sauna and infrared wellness cabin. The breakfast spread in the morning was amazing and the staff allowed me to bring some things up to my room for my friend. It was a great location with free parking. the tv in the room was tiny and my friend didn't find the bed comfortable, but I had no problems sleeping. |

Es war alles sehr schön und vor allem die Ruhe bei Nacht und der kurze Weg ins Zentrum,in die Schweiz und nach Deutschland Das Frühstücksbüfett könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. |

Das Zimmer ist kein Suite gewessen ist nur ein großer Raum, und laut auf der Straße vorne raus. Einmal und nicht wieder. Ein Vorschlag bitte die Bilder rein machen was man auch buchen kann. Heizung war nicht aus im Bad bis wir das bemerkt haben war die Wohnung aufgeheizt ,bei 24 Grad draussen, Nicht mal sich entschuligt ,könnne wir jetzt auch nichts machen das war die Antwort, Frühstück nicht gut,sehr wenig, unfreundliches Personal, kein 4 Sterne Hotel berechtigt nur 3 Sterne. |

Schönes Zimmer, sauber, toller Boden, geräumiges Bad! Die Terrassen im Hotel sind ein echter Plus! Und Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Der Kaffe zu dem sonst sehr guten Frühstück ist miserabel. Schönes Zimmer, für 2 wäre es allerdings zu klein! |
