All the smokers that were smoking at the entrance of the hotel. It was very appreciated that the hotel was a non-smoking hotel but I suggest that the smokers area should not be at the very entrance to the hotel. To enter the hotel you sometimes had to pass a "cloud of smoke".

awesome location decent facilities, i liked the sauna and steam rooms this is a typical lame german style hotel. no comfort or style whatsoever. no internet- and we're 2013! also the staff were just mean speaking very poor english

great location - very nice view - clean rooms - big rooms - just good hotel Only WIFI in lobby area - Not free WIFI - To early to close the breakfast (0930 also in the weekend)

Good location to reach the ski busses and the main ski lift in the centre. The view from the balcony was excellent. Getting advice before "making a mistake" was just not there. For example, i have never seen a reservation for a buffet breakfast, and I had to "make a mistake" to sit at somebody's before somebody told me that you have reserved table for your whole stay.

The view from the bar was breathtaking and the man looking after the bar was the most attentive on our stay. The room was perfect with a great view and cleaned daily. The location was great for accessing the ski fields and the breakfast was good. We didn't get a lot of advice on what to do during our stay like other hotels across the world. We booked here because we were interested in the spa/sauna etc but didn't get any information about this feature and found it difficult to get suitable help.

Den bedste ski kælder nogensinde. Støvlevarmer, varmede så støven virkelig var varm. Gulvet var beagt med gummi fliser, så man ikke kunne glide, super godt tænkt. Så var der en stor dejlig stål håndvask hvor man kunne vaske sne og sjap af. Ski kælderen lå i niveau, så man skulle ikke op af en masse trapper. Udluftningen var også bare i top. Hotellet bar præg af at være et slidt hotel.

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb von Badgastein mit einem schönen Blick in das Gasteiner Tal. Das Hotel hat den Charme eines Kurhotels. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber lieblos gestaltet. Kein Bild an der Wand, der Anstrich mit nicht deckenden Farben. Zum Frühstück werden sie "plaziert", am Tisch mit anderen Gästen. Für den hohen Preis kann ich nur sagen: nie wieder!

расположение относительно подъемника в годы и ж.д. вокзала однообразный бюджетный завтрак. низкий контроль персонала отеля за соблюдением проживающих правил поведения в сауне и бассейне (в мой последний вечер проживания там "гудела" итальянская компания из нескольких семей с детьми и пивом в стеклянных бутылках, причем с последним они не расставались ни в сауне ни в бассейне!)

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Ich habe das Hotel wegen der Sauna gebucht. Bei der Ankunft um 17°° wurde bestätigt, daß die Sauna in Betrieb ist. Um 18°° wurde ich aus der Sauna vertrieben, weil täglich bis 19°° Damensauna ist. Am Eingang " Hallenbad " war diesbezüglich nichts vermerkt. Das war nicht nur peinlich, sondern hat mich auch geärgert.

Absolut tolle Lage, wir hatten ein Balkonzimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Gasteinertal. Superfreundlich, gutes Frühstück. Würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Location is ok, near the termal resort. You can't get anything to eat after 9 (neither morning, nor evening). The staff acts really surprised if you ask to eat after 9. Rooms are clean, but they definitely require some renovation. Pretty pricy for their offering

Blízkost lanovkám, hezký výhled, klidné okolí blízko centra. Organizace restaurace, nabídka jídla na snídani, personál. Masáže jsou k dispozici jen ve všední dny do 18:00 (do 16hod jezdí vleky), což neodpovídá wellness hotelu.

Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал. На стоянке у отеля не было мест для паркинга. Машину пришлось оставлять в городском паркинге, тоже бесплатно, правда, но довольно далеко и неудобно расположенном. Интернет платный только в вестибюле отеля.
