The man who worked answered our questions unkindly, or with a sub-question in a negative context. While talking, he does not look in the direction of the guest who is trying to talk with him, but at the computer, nervously. Public transport is not so expensive, always on time and great connection to Salzburg center. Breakfast was delicious, with large selection and very good coffee, pastries, bread and jams and everything you need in the morning. The staff was super friendly! The room was cleaned daily. There are free parking spots.

The hotel is located in a quiet area on the edge of the town but the bus stop is just outside of the hotel so it's very convenient for exploring the city.
