-yleinen siisteys, laadukkuus, hyvä, tasokas huone ja erinomainen aamiainen -henkilökunnan palvelualttius kehnonlainen ja ERITYISESTI: Olin varannut huoneen ilmoitettuun kokonaishintaan 80 e. Oli törkeää ja anteeksiantamatonta, että maksaessani laskua hotelli yritti veloittaa huoneesta tuplahinnan eli 160e ja kun onneksi osoitin kopion varauksesta, jonka he halusivat itselleen, sain todella töykeän palvelun. |

Our stay was wonderful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was better than most places in Europe. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. Will definitely stay there again if traveling to the same area. The staff day/night was very accommodating, and they spoke English. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the Neuschwanstein Castle and not in a super touristy area, this is the place...look nowhere else! |

Staff was very accomodating. Our daughter was ill and they allowed us to stay in our room free of charge after check out. The rooms were very large and the view was scenic.Free breakfast was very good. |

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were great! View was amazing. Beds were very hard. This is common in Europe but it is hard to get used to. |

The hotel had great rustic charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt more like house guests rather than hotel customers. Our room was modern, but Tyrolean rustic and well maintained. The view from our very large balcony was wonderful. A great European breakfast was included with our room. The hotel restaurant food was the best we had during our visit to the Tyrol and Bavaria. The beds were a little hard compared to most hotel beds. We slept on top of our comforters to compensate. |

This is a wonderful guesthouse. We had 2 very large room with stunning views of the mountains (3 adults traveling). The hotel has a very good restaurant. It is very conveniently located to visit the Bavarian castles, Zugspittze, beautiful hike trails start very close to the hotel, lakes, etc. We had a great time and ended up staying one extra night there. |
