location It was an old hotel, with old furniture; the window didn't close properly so it was cold and noisy all the time; the staff was unfriendly bordering rudeness. Very bad experience. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located to the center of Innsbruck. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the food was very good. The room was adequate, but quite small and basic. It would be great if the rooms were as pleasant as the breakfast room. |

The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from the station and all other city attractions. The hotel staff is not the friendliest, but great value for money none the less. The staff at the reception can be a bit more helpful, I wanted to pay by cash and she could not break me a 500 Euro note and forced me to pay by card which I wanted to avoid doing. |

city center close to cities facilities and mountain view of course !!!! I think that they cen make more choice on breakfast , poor menu in sense of warm meals . |

helpfulness and kindness of the staff, good breakfast, very good position so close to the city centre. the room was without bathroom originally so they built a plastic prefabricated one |

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of the town. The old town is on a walking distance and also a large supermarket and the hospital. Breakfast is perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has own parking places. The hotel is situated on a very noisy location. Airport, buses, trams and 24 hr traffic. Beds were poor |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very close to the railway station, handy to the buses to go to the castles and the weather was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. Also a visit to Swarovski was just out of this world. Would recommend this hotel. |

location The bathroom is too smal. I had to stand outside the bathroom to wash my face in the basin. The internet rate quoted when I decided to make the reservation was 50% of the rate charged when I arrived (it was a deciding factor in selection of the hotel) and when I brought this to the attention of the staff member I was dismissed with attitude and told to take it up with the manager . |

Location was great. Right next to the gate and close walking distance to the alt stadt. Smoke in the lobby, but all else was good. Not fancy, but decent price. Bathroom could use some upgrading. |

The Location was excellent. Near to the shops, bars, the train station and a tram stop right outside. Breakfast was good. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds. Lots of information about things to do around Innsbruck available. The hotel was very basic and with the euro rate quite expensive for what it was. No kettle to make tea. |

Friendliness and efficiency of reception staff. Very convenient location for station, airport bus and old town. Breakfast rather limited; some more fresh fruit would have been welcome. |

The hotel is very close to the city center which can be reached by foot. Parking possibilities are at their front door. The breakfast buffet was good . The rooms were not what you you would expect from a three star hotel. Carpeting was used and dirty, the bathroom was not inviting. TV had only three channels available. Much like a prison cell. |

The score of this hotel was so bad that I was happely surprised by the receptionnist (very nice) and of the quietness. The price was reasonable because it was on sales on booking.com Room very little and the shower is in a platic cabin. |
