Esta a 3 cuadras de la estacion de trenes Hotel viejo, habitacion sin frigobar, pintura antigua, alfombra fea y antigua. Muebles pobres. El baño es chico y antiguo con murallas plasticas ( uno se siente como en el bano de un tren ), sin internet gratis ni wifi, cobran 1 euro en la recepcion por 10 minutos de coneccion. Habitacion sin control de temperatura muebles pobres y feos |

el recepcionista que estaba siempre era muy majo y chapurreaba español. Centrico El baño es prefabricado, es un poco pequeño y sonaba el suelo al pisar. Un poco caro en cuanto calidad precio. |

Personal muy amable, incluso hablaba algunas palabras de español. Muy céntrico, se llega al tejadillo de oro en 10 minutos y a la estación de tren en 5 minutos a pie. Tiene paradas de autobús en la puerta. El desayuno genial. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very close to the railway station, handy to the buses to go to the castles and the weather was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. Also a visit to Swarovski was just out of this world. Would recommend this hotel. |

location The bathroom is too smal. I had to stand outside the bathroom to wash my face in the basin. The internet rate quoted when I decided to make the reservation was 50% of the rate charged when I arrived (it was a deciding factor in selection of the hotel) and when I brought this to the attention of the staff member I was dismissed with attitude and told to take it up with the manager . |

Location was great. Right next to the gate and close walking distance to the alt stadt. Smoke in the lobby, but all else was good. Not fancy, but decent price. Bathroom could use some upgrading. |

The Location was excellent. Near to the shops, bars, the train station and a tram stop right outside. Breakfast was good. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds. Lots of information about things to do around Innsbruck available. The hotel was very basic and with the euro rate quite expensive for what it was. No kettle to make tea. |

The hotel is very close to the city center which can be reached by foot. Parking possibilities are at their front door. The breakfast buffet was good . The rooms were not what you you would expect from a three star hotel. Carpeting was used and dirty, the bathroom was not inviting. TV had only three channels available. Much like a prison cell. |

The score of this hotel was so bad that I was happely surprised by the receptionnist (very nice) and of the quietness. The price was reasonable because it was on sales on booking.com Room very little and the shower is in a platic cabin. |
