wifi showed I was connected but I did not receive any of my emails.

Location is great, only a couple of minutes from the train station and in the middle of the Centre of Innsbruck. Rooms are simple but ok and clean.

Hotel's location is excellent from where one can easily reach main station by walk and see other attraction in the city.Breakfast service is good. Excellent for sightseeing and 1 day or two day trip.

Good value for money, very short walk to old town.

The family room was excellent,very spacious and comfortable! Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious,good variety and more than we expected. Location was excellent,close walk to all the main attractions and shopping centre of the old town. We had an unforgettable time here,this hotel is just perfect in every way!

I loved the plants throughout the establishment. The location was excellent and the visit very good.

It was close to both the train station and the old city.

It could have been cleaner. Also, there was a charge for the internet.

I with my son to rest in the hotel with and me the25 to 30 march 24 marth hotel take off my card 79 euro and 29 marth I paid the full amount for the stay 410 euro the girl at the reception said that you will return to my credit card 79 euro and the money was not reterned. Why

It was too good for location, the room was just excellent, huge room for four persons!

Innsbruck is a lovely city and the location of The Goldene Krone is excellent, the staff are polite and knowledgable, and it was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. It is also excellent value for money.

Limited area to store/dry snowboard kit but I could use my room no problem.

Mountain views in cable car. Innsbruck Card good value for money. Could walk to places of interest. Room had lovely view of mountains. Good to have an English language television channel (cnn).

Internet access was only to Austrian web sites. Could not access Australian web sites. Internet access in room was poor, but could get access on stairs or in lobby.

Everything was very good with the hotel. Single room is rather small but clean and full equiped. Excellent value for money.
