Het is midden in het centrum en parkeer gelegendheid in de buurt. supermarkt aan de overkant. echt een super lokatie! zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Er is geen airco op de kamer en het was erg warm. helaas was het haast niet mogelijk het raam open te doen ivm verkeers overlast en jongeren die uitgaan. we waren op doorreis en de slaap was erg nodig, dus volgende keer vragen we kamers aan de binnenkant van het hotel ;-). |

Ondanks ligging pal in het centrum, toch rustig. Parkeerfaciliteit wordt aangeboden. ontbijt is goed verzorgd, en personeel is attent. vloerbedekking in kamer smerig, badkamer is gedateerd. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located to the center of Innsbruck. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the food was very good. The room was adequate, but quite small and basic. It would be great if the rooms were as pleasant as the breakfast room. |

The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from the station and all other city attractions. The hotel staff is not the friendliest, but great value for money none the less. The staff at the reception can be a bit more helpful, I wanted to pay by cash and she could not break me a 500 Euro note and forced me to pay by card which I wanted to avoid doing. |

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of the town. The old town is on a walking distance and also a large supermarket and the hospital. Breakfast is perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has own parking places. The hotel is situated on a very noisy location. Airport, buses, trams and 24 hr traffic. Beds were poor |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very close to the railway station, handy to the buses to go to the castles and the weather was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. Also a visit to Swarovski was just out of this world. Would recommend this hotel. |

location The bathroom is too smal. I had to stand outside the bathroom to wash my face in the basin. The internet rate quoted when I decided to make the reservation was 50% of the rate charged when I arrived (it was a deciding factor in selection of the hotel) and when I brought this to the attention of the staff member I was dismissed with attitude and told to take it up with the manager . |
