The hotel is in a great location- right in the old part of the city and easy to find.The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. They were also in great condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was even parking! Did I mention that everything was really clean? I would definietly stay here again. |

Hotel was OK but not up to the standard we were expecting for rating. Hotel in good position in Friestadt Hotel room was cold, dark and smelled of damp. Staff spoke good English but were not very guest friendly. Jacuzzi actually whirlpool bath for 1, and had to be paid for as did other facilities. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel generally poor value for money and overrated. A sad end to our fanatastic honeymoon in Austria |

Das Hotel "Goldener Adler" hat mich an die Reisen meiner Kindheit an alte, gediegene Hotels in Österreich erinnert Wie in den meisten Hotels sind die Lichtverhältnisse zum Lesen sehr schlecht geeignet |

Freundliche, unaufdringliche Bedienung, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Zimmer und guter Zimmerservice Ein etwas unselbständiges Hotelpersonal, das immer ert den Chef fragen muss, die Zimmerbar wurde in den vier Tagen nur einmal wieder aufgefüllt. |

Ruhiges, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Kompetente Auskünfte über Freizeitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Frühstück. |
