Great staff. Excellent dinner in one of the wonderful's hotel dinning rooms, and excellent breakfast. Very nice triple room. An hotel to return back when travelling to Tirol again.

Very friendly and helpfull staff The place you want to visit is innsbruck. Rather stay in innsbruck, spend 90% of your time there and do a halfday trip to hall in tirol. Otherwise you have to travel each day to innsbruck.

Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione e struttura dell'Hotel che ha saputo mantenere l'architettura originale All'arrivo la reception era stata affidata a personale che normalmente non ricopre tale funzione. Con nostra sorpresa nessuno conosceva l'Italiano. A cena il menu era in Italiano ma la ragazza che prendeva le ordinazioni non riusciva a comprendere I ns desideri neppure indicando I piatti elencati in lista. Discutibile anche la qualità. Dal vecchio televisore situato in camera era impossibile ricevere programmi dall'Italia.

Ho torvato l'albergo molto accogliente e molto silenzioso.Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile.Il personale gentilissimo e la cucina ottima Forse la colazione troppo tedesca e poco internazionale ma comunque molto abbondante

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Peccato che la televisione trasmetta solo canali in tedesco. Visto che dopo le 22 c'è poco da fare in giro per la città sarebbe bello poter vedere qalche qualche altro canale straniero!

Hotel bello esteticamente, molto in stile tirolese. Le camere belle e Abb spaziose. Si ha la possibilità di cenare ad un prezzo buono..la distanza da innsbruk e anche dal museo swarovsky è breve! Ci siamo trovati molto bene.. Il parcheggio è gratuito

Ruhige Lage. Komfort. Die Bedingungen der Buchung wurden beandert. Es gaben einige Missverstandnisse: fur Hund sollte man zuerst nichts dazu zahlen, dann hat man uns telefonisch gesagt dass es 5 euro kostete, endlich haben wir eigentlich nichts gezahlt. Wir hatten ausserdem Halbpension gebucht, aber im Hotel wusste man das nicht! usw.

Hotel d'epoca per chi ama il classico e l'atmosfera. Ha solo diciotto camere e dispone di una ampia scelta di risoranti (davvero, sono 3!) a mio parere, pur essendo la pulizia ineccepibile, avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata", il che lo renderebbe ancora più attraente. Buona la posizione, cordiale il personale. Di buon livello anche la colazione, con ampia scelta.

La pulizia è eccellente , il bagno sembra essere nuovo.Letto ampio e comodo. Nonostante la camera si affaccia sulla strada sottostante I doppi vetri attenuano molto il rumore esterno. L' arredamento della camera è piacevole e di qualità. Colazione molto abbondante e disponibile per quattro ore . Sala relax ottima Personale cortese Non sono riuscito ad azionare il climatizzatore nella camera perchè non c' erano le istruzioni del telecomando.

La raffinatezza con cui è stato risanato il castello La finestra nella camera da letto non era abbastanza coibentata e quindi si sentiva tutto il rumore del traffico della strada di circonvallazione della cittadina.
