There is a big difference between single room and double/twin room for single use. Double rooms are fantastic; single room is claustofobic, needs refurbishing.

Hotel only provides one pillow for single rooms, the wi-fi was unreliable & there was a smell of cigarette smoke from the bar/lobby area in the evening.

We got very good and friendly service. Our dinner was also delicious and the waitress was amazing.

There were not place to take your luggage from your car very close to hotel. We carried them from the parking hall.

The size of the room the staff and food were great.I Will stay there again.Real Austrian hospitality although I believe some staff is english.

Very obliging & friendly staff, late check-in was no problem, excellent breakfast & warm rooms. Hotel is ideally located close to the ski bus stop for Soll/SkiWelt.

Would be nice to have a safety deposit box in the room and also some coffee & tea making facilities.

It was very nice hotel in the center of the city, very close to fortress. Restaurant on first floor have very tasty tirol courses for a good price. Optimal choise "quality-price"

WiFi didn't work in the rooms, only in lobby on 1st floor. Rooms for 1 pers are too small

Sehr gute Lage, Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Badezimmer war nicht sehr "reizvoll" (nur Duschkabine).

Die Lage war sehr gut, da man alles in der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Saunebereich war sehr schön eingerichtet und wenn man alleine ist auch groß genug- wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Geräumiges Zimmer.

Rezeption zwar bemüht, aber irgendwie nie besetzt. Im Bad kein Duschvorhang, so dass es auf jeden Fall Überschwemmung geben mußte. Zimmer und gesamtes Hotel waren sehr hellhörig. Heizung konnte nicht selbst eingestellt werden- weder im Bad noch im Zimmer. WLAN sehr schwach bzw. nicht durchgägig wirklich verfügbar.
