We were given room 504. The only room with a terrace. Had a great view of the Rathaus Turm (town hall tower). I wish I knew you could drive up to the front of the Hotel. I thought it was a pedistrian only street. Had to schlep the bags from the parking garage down the street. |

In the center of the old town and near everything. Breakfast buffet was best we had in Europe. All was great. |

the peace and quiet of the hotel was exceptional, the food was good especially the breakfast I thought the staff could have been a little less formal |

very pleasant hotel trditional decor clean comfortable rooms with nice modern bath excellent breakfast would stay here again perfect locale rooms a bit warm windows open helped but that let in early am street noise very minor drawback |

Central location, polite staff quite able to communicate in english and willing to address all your needs. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Standard rooms are quite small, some with not much natural light. They can practicably fill just with the skis, ski boots and luggage .. no space to move .. I was given one such room but asked to change .. the reception girl kept telling me that the hotel was fully booked but when i insisted she did give me one of the renovated rooms .. |

Greatt food nice dining araeas very quiet at night, close to Ehrenburg, Ruette, nueschwantien but with a small town feel. Friendly staff. Neatly kept charming building No place to have a end of day/ before dinner drink unless you sit down for dinner |

It's right in the middle of the town, so it's very convenient. Staff generally were quite helpful too. The single room was very dark and creepy. The carpet seems to be centuries ago. The air-conditioning was noisy. The internet connection was unreliable. The room I was assigned didn't seem to be for guests, but for maids and servants. It was very different from the pictures it posted on the internet. |

The hotel desk clerk, Nina, was super helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way to help us get everything we needed and make wonderful suggestions for things to see. We also appreciated the hotel restaurant with its attentive staff and delicious food. |
