Best Western Hotel Goldener Adler Innsbruck

Both the staff and the facility were exceptional... friendly and comfortable. They were able to switch my room from a double to a twin single due to my error at booking. A great location that is not easy to find but once found is in a great location. The restaurant dinner was very good, breakfast was good for continental style.

I would have like to have been informed about the parking discount upon arrival rather than departure. I took the car out in between and paid full parking fees.

We stayed here a week. The location was great, right in the heart of the old town. Staff were lovely and friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good but you had to get down early to get the good stuff.

Everything at The Best Western Hotel Goldener Adler Innsbruck is perfect. Most traditional Austrian Hotel with historical guests, relax, near to universities, near to shops, near at garden at mountain and at the river.I am lucky that stayed in this famous Hotel.Thank you offer me.

Location is perfect as it is right in the centre and walking distance to practically anywhere. Hotel staff in particular were outstanding.

The wardrobe is much too small and there are no drawers, so you have to keep most of your clothes in your suitcase.

Nice room with ecellent shower - only marginally disconcerting as showerroom was sectioned off with glass partition , the bottom 18ins of which was seethrough! Very good bedlinen and proper down duvet.

Breakfast was fairly ordinary - breads not fantastic. Lunch menu was good with some lighter dishes and excellent salads. We were disappointed to find that the evening menu was entirely Austrian and similaar toevery other Austrian menu! Very nice waiter service

Very historic hotel with excellent people in reception. It is allow to drop off the luggage at front of hotel even it is not permitted to drive in the street.

I couldn't found the temparature controller. It will be bit difficult at hard winter or hot summer time.

we liked central position in Innsbruck. Only there for one night but it was perfect location. Staff were friendly. Lift was not that reliable

The room was perfectly clean and the staff was very nice. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the waiter was very helpful (I don’t speak German). Its location was ideal to visit the historical district of the city of Innsbruck. I love this hotel.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Set only minutes from every tourist attraction the Hotel was perfect for our purposes. While the hotel restaurants are a bit pricey (as many things are in Innsbruck) the food is excellent and well worth the price. The hotel staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. On one occasion a gentleman staff member, whose name escapes me, spent at least 15 minutes going over a map of the city with us pointing out the best attractions, how to travel to each one, how to save money, and giving us other invaluable information. I would absolutely stay at the Hotel Goldener Adler again.

In hotel wireless internet is only available on the first floor and seems to be a bit finicky. It would not work with an Internet Media Tablet or a smartphone with Wifi, an issue the receptionist told me they were aware of. She informed me that it would only work on a laptop. However, there was a desktop computer for guests to use located on the second floor just outside our room and this was certainly more than adequate.
