BEST WESTERN Plus Hotel Goldener Adler Innsbruck  

The location is perfect; right at the entrance to the pedestrian area and very close to the "golden roof". The room was spotless and well equipped. The member of staff who greeted us could not have been more helpful and courteous. A lovely place - next time we will stay more than one night!

Room good value for where it is. Renovated & in great position. Good breakfast & staff.

Everything was wonderful. Was travelling for business and only staying the one night, so did not profit much of the beautiful location in the middle of Alststad. Very comfortable room, nicely decorated roomy stairs and landings, wonderful service. They even made me a full breakfast at 6 in the morning because I had to leave early.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is one of my favourites. The customer service was exceptional, the room was enormous and the location of the hotel was perfect (right in the old town). Our room even had a breathtaking view to the mountains. Value for money was outstanding. Not one thing I would have asked for differently. This hotel is incredible. Wish we could stay again.

We were in Europe for a 5-week vacation. The Goldener Alder in Innsbruck was our favorite hotel of the whole trip! The location is perfect. We walked to everything. It is not a bad walk from the train station (even for seniors with luggage). The room was clean and modern but somehow retained the amazing history of the building and area. The dining room was outstanding! The best food on the trip and reasonable prices. Order the appetizer sampler!

Great location, right near the river and in the centre of the town. Friendly staff, great breakfast. comfortable and quite spacious rooms considering the size of the town.

Everything was very good.

The hotel is very nice, in a wonderful historical building. Its central location is perfect for visiting the town and for shopping. Our room was clean and spacious and suitable for disabled guests. The service has been excellent; the staff was very courteous, friendly and attentive to our needs. The complimentary breakfast was rich and varied enough. The restaurant is very good and not expensive at all. We will recommend this hotel to my family and friends and for sure we will choose it again for our next trip to Innsbruck!

The only remark perhaps is that the lift could be bigger for allowing disabled people on wheelchair to use it more comfortably.

The staff was wonderful --helpful, kind, knowledgable -- and the location ideal. Though the hotel is in Innsbruck, because of the sun and the heat, air conditioning would have been nice.

Only the lack of air conditioning was a concern, but the room was well ventilated and a fan was there when we arrived.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Cozy atmosphere with staff in Tyrolean costume. Room was luxurious and spacious. Optional pipe in music in bath provides sense of relaxation. Double sinks in bathroom and luxurious bath/shower. Toilet in separate room. Chocoate on pillows. Large safe. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Noise in morning mentioned by other reviewers is within acceptable range with windows shut and air conditioning running.
