Lo mejor su inmejorable ubicación en plena zona peatonal. Los cuartos son algo pequeños y calurosos..El trato del personal es muy bueno y excelente el desayuno. Cuenta además con un muy buen restaurant con menús del día a muy buen precio |

El trato ha sido excelente. Llegamos tarde a la cena de Nochebuena y nos la retrasaron una hora sin problema. El desayuno es muy completo, reponen la comida continuamente (incluso a las 9:55 cuando el horario de desayuno terminaba a las 10). Las instalaciones corresponden al ambiente de la ciudad, de época. Es una tontería, pero hacía mucho calor en las habitaciones, cuando en la calle hacía bastante frio y el contraste de temperatura era demasiado grande. |

Location is fantastic! It is really the centre of the city. Breakfast/dinner ist excellent! It is absolutely value for money. Also it is very interesting that so many great/famous person like Heine, Mozart, ..etc stayed overnight in this hotel in the past! Hotel staff were very friendly, too! |

Awesome location, great restaurant, an older hotel but great architecture! I really enjoyed my stay. Fast high speed internet in rooms. Comfortable beds! Breakfast was delicious, and amazing restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel for dinning at night. Rooms are a little hot, but I just opened my window and turn the heat off. |

the resteruant was excenllant only one key per room and it was real key which you needed to lock the door if one person was in side and another wanted go somewhere else. you also needed the key to run the elevator. |

Wonderful location; historical value of the venue; good staff; Our room faced a busy restaurant and the lights and noise kept us awake. Good side of this is that we were able to "people-watch" into the night which was interesting. We caught up on our sleep the following night in a more rural environment |

In the center of the old town, on a pedestrian street. Very close to restaurants, museums, public transport, and the train to the gondola going up the Hafelekarspitze mountain. Excellent breakfast buffet. Modern, bright bathrooms. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Nice decor steeped in history: Mozart, Maria Von Trapp, John Glenn, numerous royalty and many other famous people have stayed here. Electrical outlet adaptor plugs available at the front desk. No parking at the hotel. You have to park in a nearby parking garage. Some rooms do not have air conditioning. |

Excellently placed in old town. Reception staff friendly & efficient. Room comfortable. They don't tell you that it is in pedestrian precinct making arrival difficult - but access thru' precinct is permitted too load/unload. Parking then aat nearby multistorey. |

We were given room 504. The only room with a terrace. Had a great view of the Rathaus Turm (town hall tower). I wish I knew you could drive up to the front of the Hotel. I thought it was a pedistrian only street. Had to schlep the bags from the parking garage down the street. |
