From the airport:
Salzburg´s main airport (Salzburg Airport-W.A.Mozart-SZG) is about 4 km west from the centre, reachable with public bus number 2 at regular intervals between Salzburg main railway station and Salzburg Airport. Journey time approx. 25 minutes. The centre is also served by taxis which can be found directly in front of the Salzburg airport.
From W.A. Airport take the bus line 2. Step out at the stop "Hans Schmid Platz" and take the bus line 1. After 7 stations step out at "H.-v.- Karajan-Platz". Turn right and in 10 Meters you reach the Restaurant Goldener Hirsch. The main entrace is on the other houseside.
By car:
From all directions: Take Vienna A-1 and exit at Salzburg West. Follow signs towards Zentrum. Continue for 3 kilometers and go through the tunnel. At the traffic light, drive through the intersection and park in front of the hotel's restaurant (back entrance).
