旧市街地のゲトライデガッセに面したこじんまりとしたホテルで、便利がいいです。アンティークな少し山小屋- 風のホテルですが、その印象をもろともしない部屋の清潔感・アメニティー・サービス・スタッフの対応・朝食- 、何不自由なく過ごすことが出来ました。日曜日のチェックアウトで、駅までのタクシーを呼んで貰いましたが- 、すぐに来てくれました。駅までは10分以内、約８ユーロでした。決して近代的な雰囲気はありませんが、こ- の街にとてもマッチした雰囲気の歴史のある素晴らしいホテルでした。 |

ザルツブルグの旧市街内にあり、観光にはベストな立地だった。またホテルスッフの感じもよく、家庭的で暖か- い雰囲気だった。また泊まりたいと思う。 |

The hotel staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and an excellent place to retreat to after a busy day spent sightseeing. The location is in an excellent, central location and is especially good for shopping. We spent 3 nights at the hotel in October and on 2 of the 3 nights we were bitten by mosquitoes (which we both heard and saw) during the night, which led us to have to buy insect repellent at the local pharmacy. We also felt the cost of breakfast at 29 euros per person was extremely expensive, even for Salzburg. |

The staff was extremely accomodating with our needs. The restaurant was very good. The rooms for such a luxruy boutique hotel were extrememly outdated. The carpets looked 30 years old. The bathrooms were in desperate need of modernization and the fixtures in it were in disrepair. We found broken glass on the floor upon our room entry. In addition, We rented 2 rooms, both of which were ordered to be non-smoking. The hotel staff immediately changed out one of our rooms which reeked of cigarette smoke. This was the most expensive hotel during our 10 day stay in Europe and the least value for our money. |

The service and ambiance were impeccable. I have traveled to Europe numerous times and this is bar none the nicest stay I have had!!! The desk staff attended to my every need even offering amenities that were not requested (It looked like it would rain and they brought an umbrella to my room). My father use to stay here and often traveled with several sales personnel. He always brought them here and suggested this is were I should stay. I took his advice and it really was the "icing on the cake"!!!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!!! No, everything was superior |

Nothing was too much trouble. Concerts and tours were booked by reception without any problems. The bar was a smoking area and there was not an alternative. We reserved a no-smoking room, but there were still traces of smoking in the room. |

The ambiance and setting were second to none. The rooms were spacious and very clean The beds were two singles pushed together. The TV only had BBC world and CNN English speaking channels. |

calme, reposant, cet hotel propose une décoration rustique mais vraie.nous avions l´impression d´être chez nous. Tout s´y passe sans stress le personnel est efficace et discret, avec beaucoup de respect pour les clients. Cet hôtel est incontournable. |

Des chambres grandes et très élégantes; le décor rustique ancien, mais très chic; les lits très grands et très très confortables; le silence; les employés très professionnels et toujours en parfaite tenue traditionnelle autrichienne. Le prix du garage: 33 eur par jour est beaucoup, même si le parking public est très coûteux à Salzburg. |

Отель расположен в самом привлекательном месте для туризма в исторической части города - вблизи памятников архитектуры и значимых мест, очень уютный отель - пропитан духом старины, в этом есть как плюсы (романтика), так и минусы (низкие потолки, узкие проходы)... общее впечатление об отеле с учетом пяти звёзд - на твёрдую четвёрку с плюсом учитывая, что это сетевой отель - в Империале в Вене понравилось больше обслуживание и отношение персонала, набор услуг... |
