La convivialite principalement et le rapport qualite/prix. Tres bonne localisation egalement. La literie pourrait etre amelioree ainsi que les douches qui debordent dans la salle de bain. |

On parle français. Le parking annoncé est un parking municipal à 300 mètres de l'hôtel, qu'il faut franchir à pieds !!!! car les voitures ne peuvent s'approcher de l'hôtel. Et ce parking en plein air, mais surveillé, nous a coûté la bagatelle de 17,50 € pour la nuit. Le prix de la chambre aussi est très cher: 110 € la nuit, sans ascenseur. Le tout vieillissant plus ou moins bien. |

Great location, good staff willing to help, straight forward check-in. Great price as it was a low season time! It had a modern bathroom, but with no shower curtain you couldn't use the shower without potentially flooding the room. Otherwise all essentials are there - if you want anything extra - bring it with you. |

Excellent location, friendly staff, fantastic food in restaurant, be sure to try Mozart's famous dessert! Would definately stay again. |

OVerall the stay was pretty good. The staff was exceptionally freindly and accomidating. The location is ideal for seeing Mozart Square, the filming locations of the Movie the SOund of Music, Great Cathedrals, and defensive fortificaton of the reagion agains foriegn invadors. (Great Tourist Spot) Some of the difficuties were in room temperature control, Poorly designed shower enclosure, Toilet that are not modern and don't work properly. |

The hotel was right in the centre of the old town - very close to everything. The receptionist was absolutely fantastic - extremely friendly and helpful. She made the stay so enjoyable. As the hotel was in the old town you could not drive up to the hotel door - we had to find a place to pull over, unload our bags and then carry them up the street to the hotel (then obviously the same situation to check-out). The room was also quite noisy. As there was no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open so there was a lot of noise from the street below until quite late. As we have a small child the noise was a major factor for us and would prevent us staying here again. Hot water extremely slow to come on. No bar fridge in the room. |

The hotel is in a great city centre location within ten minutes walk of almost everything you would want to see in Salzburg. The room did not have a properly working shower, which for a hotel charging 160 Euro per night is not good enough. The duty manager was a bit cheeky, over-familiar and over-attentive - she spoke to us non-stop during breakfast when we were keen to head to the airport. |

Perfect location for a short city break. Everything within walking distance. Excellent breakfast and efficient, friendly staff. Lack of tea making facilities in the room. |

The best points were its central location and the exceptionally warm welcome we received as well as the attention given to us during our stay especially when I was unwell. Ulrika (receptionist and waitress) is a gem The decor is old fashioned in parts even though it had been recently upgraded and the cleanliness needs some more attention Furniture and fittings are not antique just old! |

Located right next to Mozarts Geuburtshaus. Nice period feel (architecture, furniture). Breakfast was great, and the staff friendly. Helped us with sites to see and useful suggestions. Also, when we left at 6:30 am one morning, a member of the staff was ready with breakfast at 6:15, despite the breakfast schedule of 7:30-10. However, there was a smell coming from the bathroom at certain times. |

Location is fabulous for easy access to all of Old Town Salzburg. A very snug, atmospheric hotel with pleasant, accommodating staff. |

Hotel situation was ideal in centre of old town but it would be very noisy in summer. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. The rooms, even in October, were very airless at night. |

Der Service war sehr persönlich,aufmerksam und individuell.Das bis auf fehlenden Internetzugangs in den Zimmern modern ausgestattete historische Gebäude in der Altstadt verbreitetet eine spezielle Atmosphäre.Die Lage ist optimal für die Erkundung Salzburgs und für Festspielbesucher. |
