Friendly hotel, very clean, lovely patio area to relax in during the sunshine. Well positioned within a 5 minute walk from the centre of Graz. |

the quality of our arrival was simply terrific. A gentleman alone trhat night.The breakfast was excellent. The staff again terrific, and I personally spoke to a lady who was one of the bosses, just to pass on the compliments of my wife and I NOTHING |

Elegante, di stile. Posizione eccellente a pochi metri dal centro. Atmosfera coerente con la fama di Graz, citta' d'arte e cultura. Mancanza di bidet! |

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt zentral. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine reiche Auswahl. Wegen der Lärmschutzfenster wurde eine zusätzliche Lüftung eingebaut, die aber nur unzureichend frische Luft liefert. |

Komfortabel und sehr ruhig und gut isoliert. Von den anderen Gästen war sehr wenig zu hören. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und fand in einer entspannten Atmosphäre statt. Ein guter Tagesbeginn. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. |

Das Hotel liegt guenstig fur einen Grazbesuch - Zentrumsnähe - und besitzt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer koennten etwas groeßer sein - der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist zwar ok aber nicht gerade günstig |

De aardigheid, de rust, erg mooie kamer waar ook kan worden gerookt. Op een zeer goede lokatie. Jammer dat het hotel geen eigen restaurant heeft. |

Charmante und effiziente Reception: Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer per Internet gebucht, aber dann, offenbar versehentlich ein Raucherzimmer bekommen. Auf unsere Reklamation hin erhielten wir kurzfristig ein Nichtraucherzimmer. - Auch ist die gute zentrale Parkmöglichkeit im Hause ein Asset. Preis von € 12,00 fürs Frühstück. Gegenüber in der Bäckerei gab es eins, sicher nicht vergleichbar, schon ab € 2,00. |

Eigentlich alles, ausreichendes Frühstück; angenehmes, entgegenkommendes und freundliches Personal usw. Zur Zeit meines Aufenthaltes fanden Umbauarbeiten statt, diese entsprechen aber sicherlich nicht dem Normalzustand und sind somit einfach mit "Pech gehabt" zu beschreiben. |
