Nice staff and clean room The room was very small, definitely too small for two people. It was impossible to have the suitcase open next to your bed. At breakfast there was little choice of sweet things, e.g. cakes, croissant. Since we are from Italy we do not like to eat only salty breakfast.

Close to the center of the city, good staff Mattress in the room was very old and the worst thing in the hotel. Our back hurt in the morning so we didn't have much sleep. For a four star hotel we expected much more.

Breakfast was not up to standard. WiFi connection was very poor. Needed to be in the lobby for a good connection. In my opinion this is a three star hotel, not more.

The staff was really helpful, the room was clean and very good designed In the room there isn't any fridge and there isn't curtains in 2 of the windows furthermore the television was really small,the distance from the city center was about 10 min walk

The location at few minutes from city centre is very convenient. Room was spacious, even if a bit old styled. Bathroom was spacious and recently renovated. Breakfast was offering a large selection of things. Staff was not really friendly and not of big help.

We really loved this hotel - we picked it from your list for Graz and had no prior knowledge of this hotel so were really delighted to find it so good - fabulous, spacious room and ensuite with excellent shower - had a stool which is very rare in hotels but for us 'oldies' is a great help for showers, hair drying. Etc. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with a good selection of fresh fruit, cold and hot buffet, in a charming breakfast room. The location also turned out to be very central with easy access to old city, and taxi service very quickly available, when necessary. Would definitely stay there again.

Gelegen in de alte Innenstadt op een paar minuten loopafstand of 2 tramhaltes(voor de deur) vanaf het schitterende centrum van Graz en om de hoek van de opera. Een modern proper interieur met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam balie personeel, keurige kamer met prima bedden en een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet in een mooie authentieke jas. De technische service was eveneens perfect: een kapotte lamp op het toilet van onze hotelkamer werd onmiddellijk vervangen. Wij waren daar in februari met een temperatuur van min 20 graden, hetgeen voor Graz extreem koud was. Desondanks was het in dit hotel en op de kamers heerlijk warm. We gaan in de zomer terug naar de prachtige stad Graz en kiezen zonder enige twijfel opnieuw voor hotel Gollner. Geen negatieve ervaringen
