The room service and cleanliness were just absolutely, excellent.The hotel has also a free of charge, internet place/computer and very-very nice and sweetly designed meeting corners all around.Very well organized hotel and classy environment.If needed in my plans,surely I would go again at "Gollner"Hotel-Graz. The only thing I did't like, was a minibar missing from my economic room.(The price of my booking shouldn't have to do with the possibility of using the minibar of the room.)

This hotel stands near center of Gradz. It is good location to enjoy sightseeing. Also it is easy to access the Messe. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant for dinner. We have to go out when we eat dinner.

The room was lovely,large,well furnished, the position was strategic for my need and the beakfast was good,at the moment of check out there was a little confusion and we ha some mistakes about the receipts may be because there was only one person at the desk.But at the end its a very good and cizy hotel and me and my collegues will be back.

Nice staff and clean room The room was very small, definitely too small for two people. It was impossible to have the suitcase open next to your bed. At breakfast there was little choice of sweet things, e.g. cakes, croissant. Since we are from Italy we do not like to eat only salty breakfast.

The staff was really helpful, the room was clean and very good designed In the room there isn't any fridge and there isn't curtains in 2 of the windows furthermore the television was really small,the distance from the city center was about 10 min walk

The location at few minutes from city centre is very convenient. Room was spacious, even if a bit old styled. Bathroom was spacious and recently renovated. Breakfast was offering a large selection of things. Staff was not really friendly and not of big help.

Service, Frühstück, Sauberkeit alles in besserer Qualität als erwartet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war optimal. Keine Beschwerde aber Anmerkung. In der Hotel-Information gab es den Hinweis auf die Frühstückzeiten von Mo-Fr sowie Sonntag. Es gab zwar auch am Sa ein prima Buffet aber das sollte dann vielleicht auch benannt werden.

di tanto importante quest'anno niente cmq ritornerei sono andata lo scorso anno è devo dire che il personale era stato molto più caloroso di quest'anno ,non so ho trovato tanta freddezza ma cmq ci siamo trovati bene ,solo il letto non era scritto che erano 2 singoli uniti ,xke per me ,è un problema dormire rannicchiata cmq è andata
