Hotel Gollner    

Staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Bedrooms were large, airy and clean. Shower is wonderful. Breakfast very good.

No restaurant. No coffee/tea making facility or iron in the room.

Hospitality at Hotel Gollner is very exceptional and i liked it verymuch.It is very near to city center of Graz.

Very nice and quiet because they have 2 doors and 2 windows for sound isolation. The staff was great and the shower pressure was good. Good breakfast, but pricey.

The beds were very hard and you could feel the springs so it made me sore the next morning. Warning - the Landzeughausmuseum and castle are both closed all winter!

The 4-star hotel and no water in the room. It was written that I can order something to the room, but the service was impossible because of lack of staff. I dodnt like the smell in the room. I would say that it was max 3-star hotel, but 2-star would be better.

Clean, upscale lobby and public rooms. My room was modern and there were double-windows on the loud street side. Very modern bathroom.

I had to keep the shades drawn because people living across the street could look in.

Very very limited quality and quantity of amenities in the bathroom. Single roons are extremely samll, not to speak of their beds. Two towels in the bathroom, the largest of the two being the size of what would be considered small even in a Pension in Vienna or Berlin or Dresden. No safe in the wardrobe. very inclined to be particular when it comes to cancellations though!!!!! we stayed two nights but my friend had reserved also a room for the night before, which she had to cancel at 12,45 on arrival day. Even though we stayed the extra 2 nights, she was charged 50% of the room cost after exaustingly long discussions.

Great welcome, very helpful staff and central location

The hotel is extremely central; nevertheless easily reached by car.

-Near to the very city -Comfortable, quiet place

- At having arrived into the street, could not enter immediately into the parking place automatically, first I had to park on the other side of the street and pay. - I was asked to not use the inner lift from the garage back to the hotel, I had to take a round on the street with the heavy packages. However I have solved all these small cases, it downgrades slightly the comfortability. All-in-all, I was satisfied and I can propose the hotel to my friends. And Graz is encharming, interesting an a variable city!

Excellent location, great hotel

The desk-manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The executive apartment was very comfortable and spacious, absolutely loved it. The best sofar on our world trip. Will try to have room 351 again if ever I get back to Graz, and maybe run into Alnold Schwarznegger again.

The airconditioner could not be made cooler than 23 Degrees, and the parking fee which was advertised from 11 - 13 euros could be reduced.

It is well located in the centre of town. Appointments are fairly modern. The basic room is fairly spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful on all of my requests.

The aircon was not working and I needed to have it fixed - but they did this quickly and it worked fine.

Location for the old city and restaurants was good. The stall were helpful, the entrance and bar were open 24 hours.

The beds were very hard, plus there was no refrigerator in the room. Or mini-bar. There was also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, so you had nothing to drink, and if you bought anything form a shop, nowhere to cool it.

The room service and cleanliness were just absolutely, excellent.The hotel has also a free of charge, internet place/computer and very-very nice and sweetly designed meeting corners all around.Very well organized hotel and classy environment.If needed in my plans,surely I would go again at "Gollner"Hotel-Graz.

The only thing I did't like, was a minibar missing from my economic room.(The price of my booking shouldn't have to do with the possibility of using the minibar of the room.)

This hotel stands near center of Gradz. It is good location to enjoy sightseeing. Also it is easy to access the Messe.

This hotel doesn't have a restaurant for dinner. We have to go out when we eat dinner.
