Everything was good!!!

Friendly welcome upon arrival. Answered all our questions and helped us get oriented to the area and Vienna. It was very close to a huge public park and close to grocery stores. The public transport is a quick bus ride or about a 10 minute walk. Apartment was very clean and nice with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

good choice, if you want to stay in the city for a long time.

It is a nice apartment and value for the money. I booked this apartment with low price, 119 Euro+35euro cleaning fee, 4 persons for 2 nights. And the apartment is near the bus station and Metro station, and there are several supermarket around it, very convenient! Mr. Gerald schöfbeck was waiting for us outside the building before we arrived, he 's very nice and told us a lot useful information! The apartment is very new and clean, everything is offered in the kithen, so you can cook what you want to eat. It is like living in home, much better than the hotel. I will choose govienna - Family Apartments again if I come again to Wien!!

Everything is good!!

Very good place to use as location for our trips through Vienna. The appartments were very well equiped (Wifi, satelite tv, shower, bath).

The apartment is great and affordable! (The one on 57 Hasengasse street) I stayed there for 3 nights (three people). You'll have everything you need (even a fridge and a coffee maker), it's tidy and newly renovated (and well decorated). There are plenty of parking spaces on the street, it's a safe and quiet area (we left our car there for 4 days - no problem). The room has good wi-fi. The person of contact (keep in mind that there is no reception because it's not a hotel) was very nice! There are many transport facilities nearby (tram, S-bahn, U-bahn) and also some grocery stores. The apartment is easy to find and from it you can reach the center of Vienna in about 20 min (train + underground was the combination we've used). I strongly recommend it.

There's not much to write here... The apartment was not that close to an Underground station (moreover, the two stations in the area were closed, because u1 line in being under construction) - but there were other means of transport nearby (the S-bahn).

We found more than I expected! The staff very friendly and full of kindness. Cleaning exemplary, very good facilities, excellent location for those wanting to make a citybreak. Certainly I and my friends we will soon return to this hotel. Thank you!

чисто, тепло, есть все необходимое для проживания. Рядом остановка автобуса-до метро 3 остановки. Рядом кафе, магазины. Для нашей поездки-соттношение цена-качество самые приемлемые.

Очень чистая, удобная квартира, все есть в распоряжении, тепло, Wi-FI работает прекрасно, нет никаких отрицательных впечатлений, рядом с домом можно бесплатно поставить машину, правда в один день пришлось покружить прилично, рядом магазины, есть кафе, чтобы перекусить.

От метро далековато, 800 метров, хотя вполне можно пройти, но хотелось бы чуть поближе транспорт.

Das Einraum-Appartement in der Hasengasse war sehr gemütlich und auch sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe sehr unproblematisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Bus 14A kommt man leicht bis zur Neubaugasse und ist dann mitten auf der Mariahilfer Strasse mit tollen Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Er besteht mit dem Bus auch die Möglichkeit zum Reuman-Platz zu fahren und in die Linie 1 umzusteigen. Diese fährt bis zum Stephansplatz.

sehr wenig Ablageflächen im Bad, besonders für zwei Frauen. Man ist ständig auf der Wanderschaft um die Toilettenutensilien vom Wohn/Schlafraum ins Bad und zurück zu bringen. In der Küchenzeile eigentlich ebenso.

Mycket trevlig värd som var tjänstvillig och lättpratad. Modernt rum som var bra utrustat (utom med läslampor till sängarna, men vår värd raggade snabbt upp i alla fall en sidolampa så en av oss kunde läsa på kvällen) .

Det är en stark... mögellunk i trapphuset som besvärade mina vänner när vi passerade. Man röker också i trappuppgången vilket kan vara svårt för de som är känsliga. I badrummet luktade det starkt av avlopp när vi kom, men det gav sig under veckan. Bäddsoffan skulle vunnit på att ha en bäddmadrass. Jag trodde att jag hade bokat en lägenhet med sov- och vardagsrum men det visade sig vara bara ett stort rum. Jag kan ha läst slarvigt, eller så var beskrivningen luddig...

Einfache Abwicklung, das Ein- und Auschecken konnte mittels SMS durchgeführt werden. Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung im Altbau Hochpaterre mit großzügiger Raumhöhe. Große und gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler, alles sauber, Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Abnützungen wie defekte Möbelbeschläge und Wasserhähne sollten bei Gelegenheit ausgebessert werden.

En el precio no incluyen el servicio de limpieza que te lo cobran a parte y te lo dicen cuando confirmas el apartamento. El apartamento no tenia habitaciones. Era un comedor con dos camas y dos plegatines. en las camas de matrimonio se dormia bien, en los plegatines no.

Ottima posizione rispetto ai mezzi pubblici (è proprio davanti alla fermata del tram n. 66), vicinissima a più di un supermercato; molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. La Sig.ra Ecaterina molto gentile e disponibile.

Non vi spaventate quando vedete l'androne del palazzo: è molto dimesso (scrostato e umido). Al contrario, tuttavia, l'appartamento è moderno e confortevole.

Es un apartamento reformado que está muy bien equipado y cómodo. Aunque no está en el centro, el tranvía para enfrente y en quince minutos ya estás en pleno centro de Viena.

Con el calor que hizo, teníamos que abrir las ventanas y entraba mucho ruido. No tiene unas cortinas o persianas para que no entre luz y en verano amanece a las 05:00.

Хорошая просторная квартира. Есть возможность приготовить. Есть всё: чайник, плита, духовой шкаф, микроволновка, холодильник, морозильная камера, утюг, сушилка для белья, много розеток. Добираться до центра достаточно просто: нужно перейти улицу и сесть на трамвай №6, проехать две остановки и сесть на метро (перейти улицу). И по красной линии U1 доехать до центра. Занимает не больше 20-30 минут. Мы остались очень довольны!

Czyste I obszerne pokoje. Bliskość komunikacji miejskiej. Cicha I spokojna okolica.

Wohnung gut ausgestattet (U.A.Spülmaschine, DVD-Player), sehr sauber, gute Nahverkehrsanbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Spar, Hofer), Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden, unkompliziertes Ein- und Aus-Checken

Leichte Mängel: Es fehlte ein Stuhl in der Küche, die Duschkabine war defekt (es fehlt ein Element, so dass man die Duschkabine nicht vollständig zu machen konnte).

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, era ben pulito e spazioso, ideale per 5 persone come eravamo noi. Inoltre c'è tutto sia per cucinare, anche la lavatrice se si vuole lavare gli abiti. Il quartiere è tranquillo e si dorme bene, in zona ci sono molti localini per mangiare anche con poco e in più molti supermercati se si vuole cucinare a casa.

Non ci hanno fatto la ricevuta di pagamento!!!! Chiedetela prima di pagare!!! Mancavano le lenzuola x I divano letto, quindi portatele da casa.cmq noi abbiamo dormito bene anche senza..La porta non si chiudeva da dentro perchè c'era una chiave rotta (questo però è una cosa risolvibile).
