Location was good. Interior decoration is very tired and a dubious mix of 1970s decor and earlier furniture. Overall, even at a discounted rate I thought it poor value for money. |

Recently refurbished to a high standard, room was comfortable and clean. Hotel in an excellent location for all that Vienna city centre offers |

We found the location excellent and staff good. The room, due to current alterations was not airconditioned and a little uncomfortable due to hot weather. |

追加ベッドがあまりにもお粗末であった。部屋も狭すぎた。入浴剤はボトル式のほうが良い。キーボックスにメ- ッセージが入っているのに、いつもこちらから言わないとそのメッセージを渡さなかった。 |

le Graben Hotel porte les marques d'une certaine vétusté(couloirs, réception, salle à manger avec posters d'Italie datant ....) le petit déjeuner notamment est très moyen, l'offre est identique tout au long de la semaine, le pain est caoutchouteux, la charcuterie et le fromage bas de gamme. Le seul intérêt de cet hôtel est son emplacement : à moins de 5 mn de la cathédrale. le petit déjeuner (trop bas de gamme pour les 4 étoiles annoncées de l'hôtel et son prix !) |
