Great location on quiet street, 10 minutes by walk to the historical centre, subway 2 min.walking, nice buffet breakfast Small room, but still OK |

Proximity to tourist attractions and excellent subway system. Breakfasts were very good. The room was extremely small & with 2 large suitcases for 2 people travelling independently was quite difficult. Lack of a refrigerator. Lack of air conditioning would definitely be a factor in my not choosing this hotel during the summer - especially as it can be quite noisy with the windows open. No internet access in the room is a significant factor for business travellers & keeping contact with family. |

An old peasant nice hotell just at the city. Near streettramway and underground. Good breakfast. Next time we will come to the same hotell! |

Staff were approachable and knowlegeable. The owner and his son were especially friendly, Breakfast was quite good. I can understand the need to save energy, but they took it too far. Lights in the bathroom were so dim it was difficult to shave and the hairdryer was more of a heater. Also, twin rooms were poor value for money (extremely small for 2 ppl) so we had to upgrade to a twin deluxe. |

Close to all tourist attractions & provided breakfast. Receptionist was rude & did not help us with directions. . Hotel did not provide Wash Cloths. |

The location is good. Not very far from the old town and easy to get to. The hotel is what we would describe as "quaint". It was clean and relatively comfortable and the breakfast was typically continental. It was very cold whilst we were in Vienna and the radiators in the room didn't function properly. Very small bathroom and only a shower. Not really a 3* hotel. |
