The service was excellent and the staff always friendly and helpful; special commendation to Simone in the restaurant who was friendly and efficinet always and especially on an evening we had some of our family in for dinner. |

The cuisine and service in the Hotel restaurant were excellent. The Hotel's thermal swimming pool and spa were excellent and a very convenient amenity. Smoking was permitted in the Hotel lounge. The accumulation of tobacco smoke over time and the absence of really effective ventilation in the area, at times made the Lounge area unusable by non-smokers. This deterred us from enjoying afternoon tea and after-dinner coffee in the Lounge. |

Bezesporu nejlepší kuchyně, i když serírování někdy vázlo, pohodlí, čistota, luxusní bazén a sauna Servírování pokrmů a jídel od mladého personálu nekorespondoval úrovní s kvalitou hotelu |

Ottimo e completo centro termale privato, discreta palestra e buon ristorante. La receptionist presente al notro arrivo (donna di mezz'età) che si è occupata del nostro check-in non è stata sicuramente professionale. Al contrario di tutti gli altri operatori. |
