Schönes Hotel und Wellnessbereich, Kinderbetreuung vor Ort, schöne Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal.Tolle Massagen besonders Ayuvedische Anwendungen. Leider hat der Koch im Gourmetrestaurant gewechselt und die Qualität des Essens ist nicht mehr so hochklassik.Hoher Aufschlag für Kind mit 4 Jahren im Zimmer 60 Euro pro Nacht obwohl wir kein Zustellbett hatten.Kamin im Raucherbereich war kaputt und ein Lift über den gesamten Aufenthalt auch. |

Sa situation au calme donnant une superbe vue sur Kitzbuhel et son environnement montagneux. L'équipement du Spa sont la piscine assez exceptionnelle. Point de vue repas, les petit déjeuner est impressionant de diversité. Cher mais realtivement justifié. Idem pour le buffet du soir (45€). 1) La vue de la chambre 311 et voisinnes est catastrophique car donnant sur un mur fait de moëllons. Inadmissible, à ce prix, de ne pas prévenir du risque "vue zéro"! Surtout pour un hôtel situé au coeur d'un tel paysage. Indipensable de demander chambre avec vue. Pas de baignoire, seulement une douche! Même réflexion. 2) Le parking n'est pas à 10€ par jour mais à 15€ (50% de plus que précisé dans votre site) et quasi impossible de se garer ailleurs vu l'isolement de l'hötel. Dommage. |

Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel ist wunderschön ausgestattet und einmalig gelegen mit direktem Blick auf die "Streif". Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. |

La gentillesse de l'accueil, le calme, la vue de la chambre, le petit déjeuner et l'offre spa Le service est gentil mais pas assez professionnel, ni au restaurant ni à l'administration. J'ai des problèmes d'avoir une chambre double enregistrée sous nos deux noms avec facturation individuelle des massages. Mes critiques ont été prises au sérieux sans que j'aie le sentiment que la direction soit vraiment concernée... |

Το Spa και οι χώροι υποδοχής (σαλόνια, bar κλπ.) Η υπηρεσία μεταφοράς προς και από τις πίστες ήταν τέλεια!! Το ωράριο καθαριότητας των δωματίων, τα έφτιάχναν πολύ αργά το μεσημέρι. |
