Helpful staff, good spa and amenities, children playroom Poor selection of food (in Bistro and the main hotel restaurant - we didnt try Petit Tirolia restaurant). Some dishes were of poor quality.

Large rooms, great views, well trained staff and fully equiped spa. Good value for money. You could see in any aspect of the hotel that they have given alot of attention to every little detail. We were very happy overall. Definately on my top 3 5star hotels. Breakfast could be improved a little bit. One of the two shuttle drivers (black mercedes one) was particularly rude. I really don't care to know why, but it was the one thing that disturbed us during our stay. We got a comment after a series of annoying/offensive to some point "jokes" that he is having a bad day because he didn't get many tips that day!! Well, apparently he didn't get many tips any day because he had the same behaviour every day.

Room condition,breakfast,spa and location. Relations of the reception staff. During the reservation and also I called personally to the hotel for to book a 2 rooms on the same floor.they confirmed ,but when we arrive the hotel they don't give us a 2 rooms on same floor. I am not satisfied about approach of the reception staff.

For what we paid we really felt as though every dollar was worth it and more. The hotel is designed with attention to every detail. It was the little things that added great value to our trip such as the iPod adapter in the room, the heated floors, the shoe rack and much more. The breakfast was great, as it aligned you to order specialty coffees at no additional cost as well as eggs to order. We spent a lot of time in the spa area and felt that it is what made our trip. The facilities are spectacular and the cleanliness was top notch. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we plan on going back.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa and swimming area. Nice library with papers and magazines. Room was excellent. Couldn't ask for more, brightly lit with different light settings. Excellent wifi throughout hotel and good value as I stayed for a flash deal rate. Staff all very friendly. Nice location by gold course but you need a car to get to Kitzbuhel. I would love to come back and stay again. Didn't eat breakfast at hotel as at 29 Euros per person for breakfast I thought this was extremely expensive. However a short walk down the hill is a lovely cafe for breakfast and coffee and cake which is very reasonable. You need a car to get to Kitzbuhel as too far to walk.

Spa eccellente. Ogni dettaglio curato. Personale molto disponibile ma mai invadente. Camere spettacolari. Riservatezza ok. 1. Costi dei servizi. Colazione 29 euro a persona????!!!!!! 2. Possibile che in un 5 stelle a 50 km dal confine con l'alto adige nessuno parli 1 parola di italiano??

Ein hervorragendes Haus in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Traumhafter SPA-Bereich. Beim Service einige Mängel, die nicht zum Gesamtbild/Ambiente passen. Wenn man das Bemühen berücksichtigt ist das aber nur ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler.

Das Hotel Tirolia ist ein Traum. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Service ist perfekt. Das Essen sehr, sehr gut! Der Welnessbereich ist ein Wahnsinn! Das Hotel kann man nur empfehlen!

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Zimmer incl. Bad sehr großzügig. Der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Personal sehr umsichtig und ausgesprochen freundlich. Temperatur im Frühstücksraum etwas ungemütlich.

Świetny hotel, bardzo dobra i pomocna obsługa, komfortowe i duże pokoje, świetne spa i duży basen. Wybraliśmy opcję z samym śniadaniem, co okazało się właściwym wyborem. W pobliżu jest mnóstwo dobrych lokalnych restauracji, a recepcja pomoże w rezerwacji. Grand Tyrolia nie jest położona na stoku, tak więc na narty jeździ hotelowy autobus, ale nie stanowi to większego problemu.

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtet, das Doppelzimmer Superior war der Hammer! Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr exklusiv, das Hallenbad bzw. Der Außenpool einfach fantastisch und die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht! Alles in allem - echt spitze!! Das Abendessen war nicht nach unserem Geschmack - würden wir nicht mehr buchen - hingegen zum Frühstück (alles was dein Herz begehrt)!!
