heerlijke de luxe double room, met prachtige badkamer, aparte wc en 2 grote terrassen. ultieme rust en stilte. perfect ontbijt. super locatie. zeer vriendelijk bedienend personeel. super spa.

We could not have been more welcomed during our stay at the Grand Tirolia. From the most amazing meal at the Petit Tirolia restaurant which was one of the best we've ever had, to the friendly and effecient front desk staff, to the cleanliness of the entire hotel my husband and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. All in all this was a most wonderful getaway for us. Thank you! I forgot to mention the wonderful fondue that was organized for us at the last minute and last but not least the small samplings of wine I received while dining at Le Petit Tirolia even though I had said I couldn't do the wine tasting, they served me a small sample of each wine that was on the tasting menu. That has never happened to me before and we've dined in many fine restaurant around the world. What a pleasure.

Can you believe my only complaint was that the rooms were too hot and we couldn't quite regulate the temperature, but that is certainly not a reason not to book a room at this most wonderful place. It's rare to find such friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and anywhere else in the hotel.

Relations of the reception staff. During the reservation and also I called personally to the hotel for to book a 2 rooms on the same floor.they confirmed ,but when we arrive the hotel they don't give us a 2 rooms on same floor. I am not satisfied about approach of the reception staff.

For what we paid we really felt as though every dollar was worth it and more. The hotel is designed with attention to every detail. It was the little things that added great value to our trip such as the iPod adapter in the room, the heated floors, the shoe rack and much more. The breakfast was great, as it aligned you to order specialty coffees at no additional cost as well as eggs to order. We spent a lot of time in the spa area and felt that it is what made our trip. The facilities are spectacular and the cleanliness was top notch. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we plan on going back.

из обслуживающего персонала только бармен который знал 5 русских слов, но при этом постоянно пытался нам помочь. еще большая благодарность девушке насте из гольф-клуба, которая помогала нам не остаться голодными в этом супер ресторане. если писать про ресторан и его обслуживающий персонал, то будет целая поэма. хочу сказать одно, это супер столовая, с комплексным питанием, приготовленным как пишут на сайтах лучшим поваром. либо в этом ресторане должны питаться те кто сидит на жесткой диете, но мы не из этой оперы, тем более что моя жена на 5 месяце беременности, и ей постоянно хотелось есть. если бы они завтрак поменяли местами с ужином, было бы правильней.

менеджеры отеля. они четко различают кому можно поклоняться, а кого сразу посылать. я понимаю что в этом отеле практически одни толстосумы останавливаются, но я тоже человек и хочу должного отношения. меня поразил тот факт, что когда мы заселялись в отель, около 8-30 часов вечера, после заселения в номер, нас отказались накормить ужином, сославшись на то что все на кухне закончилось. после обращения к администратору отеля, она сделала нам одолжение уговорив повара нас накормить в баре. зато на следующий день одна из русских компаний гуляла в лоби до 3 часов ночи, крича песни и разбивая посуду, при этом и бар и кухня естественно работали. ну конечно, это же москвичи, им можно, они "папу и маму" знают. нет у меня желания дальше писать, начинаю заводиться и боюсь кого-то обидеть. по моему мнению, этот отель не заслуживает иметь 5 звезд. не знаю почему, но в номерах нет кондиционеров. короче, если вы не фанат гольфа, делать там нечего. мне не столько жаль потраченных денег, сколько испорченное настроение, неудовлетворенность в отдыхе, потраченное время.

Das Team des Grand Tirolia ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, bemüht, freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer hell, absolut geschmackvolles modernes Design kombiniert mit edlem Landhausstil. Der Spa-/Pool Bereich gestaltet sich sensationell riesig, abwechslungsreich, erholsam, liebevoll im Detail und verfügt über ausgesprochen bestens ausgebildete Therapeuten. Die Küche wird den verliehenen Hauben gerecht! Möchte mich nochmals ganz herzlich beim Rezeptionsteam und Management für die herzliche und engagierte Betreuung bedanken. J.N.

Zimmer Kategorien Komfort und Superior haben nur Blick auf eine meterhohe Steinmauer ! Blick auf Berg und Golfplatz erst ab Kategorie Deluxe oder Suiten !! Hallenbad ohne Vorwarnung im April geschlossen ! Reception mit starker Neigung zu Inkompetenz !

Kamin in der Lobby und im Wellnessbereich, Wellnessbereich, Einrichtung, Freundlichkeit, Nachmittags-Snack und Zeitschriften im Wellnessbereich, kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Turn-Down-Service am Abend, großer Balkon,

- Badezimmer zu klein. - 36°Grad im Außenpool würde mehr zum Verweilen und nicht als Planschbecken für Kinder einladen. (Bei 30°Grad Wassertemperatur und 0° Lufttemperatur hält man es leider nur kurz im Whirlpool aus) - Barpreise (0,5 Bier = 6 €; Cocktails 12,50 €) viel zu hoch (selbst für 5 Sterne!)

Absolut tolles Shuttleservice zu den Schiliften!!

Bad/Dusche-Waschbecken-WC waren zu klein (beengend).

очень красивый, уютный и гостеприимный отель. свою цену оправдывает целиком и полностью. номера достаточно просторные, при этом очень теплые. большая территория спа, разнообразные виды саун, большой бассейн. завтраки замечательные, есть все: от меда в сотах до свежевыжатого морковного сока. от входа отеля до подъемника довозит шаттл мерседес. правда, чтобы вернуться обратно, приходилось иногда немного подождать. зона wifi прекрасная во всем отеле, даже в спа.

небольшое пожелание от русских туристов- в меню ресторанов, особенно Petit tyrolia, добавить название блюд на русском языке.
