It is practically at the city center, walking distance from the opera house. it has a mall just beside it. the rooms are very luxurious, lobby is designed the old world luxury pomp and circumstance without being tacky, well designed. staff are very efficient and helpful, especially the concierge. |

location, the hotel check in staff very rude and not profissional at all, you should not ask for any passengers demand in advance since it is not respected staff under estimating the clients intelligence - reservation not received- suddenly reservation exist- no extra information received- room type not provided or must pay a difference of Euro 1300 extra per night, what the hell is going on? |

Excellent staff. Non smoking hotel Lobby is a real catastrophe. This is not U.S., this is Vienna!!! This is the only reason, why I will never recommend this hotel to friends. |

only very convenient if you want to listen to a concert in Musikverein. Besides, the Internet access is free of charge. The staff especially the conciege is not so helpful. Besides, the TV set is not in front of the bed, but on the same side of the bed, which is not convenient to watch TV. |

Excellent quality At c/in a had an unpleasant experience: I had to explain many times how I did the reservation through Booking system because they tried to charge my cc with rack rates.....also without telling me, the hotel tried to block from my cc a bigger amount ...plus 100 eur / night/room " for Extras"....I Saw many clients very angry about this policy.... |

good central location yes - we booked a " Junior Suite " and found that this was merely a pleasant" room ". At that sort of price, we would expect a large room with a small " extra" living/sitting area. Very disappointing under the circumstances. |
