Grand Hotel Wien

立地が非常によく、オペラ鑑賞には最適だった。ショッピングもいいのだろうが、あいにく日曜と祭日が続き、- 店が閉まっていた。ウィーンは、さすがカトリックの国だと思った。

地下にスーパーマーケットがあってとても便利だった。朝ごはんはいつもそこで調達できた。5つ星ホテルだが- 、高級感はそこそこで子供連れの私たちにはよかった。雨の日は横のショッピングモールで時間をつぶせた。

ハウスキーピングの来るタイミングが悪かった。

朝食の料金が高すぎる。　衣服用の棚のスペースが少ない。

オペラを目的に行ったのでロケーション的に最高です。また、日本食の雲海も美味しかったし、ホテルスタッフ- はフレンドリーで居心地よかったです。

I liked the hotels interiors, location, services, kitchen and, especially, live music in the lobby. Selection of old soviet songs and film music was excellent.

Live music in th elobby is good but live music accompanied by live singing would be just perfect

Ideal location for sightseeing. Very good restaurant. The concierge was very helpful booking a concert for us.

easy accesible to all familiar site in Wien and located at very important place of inside and outside of ring during city trip. And, the design of inside hotel was so gorgeous that I and my husband felt like as if we are an Imperial family (?)....The hotel staffs were so kind that we had no problem during stayng at this hotel nonetheless we cannot spesk English fluently!

Staff very helpful and professional. Location is superb. Rooms are well appointed. Business center is straightforward and easily accessible - no special codes and no difficulty gaining access.

A lower-cost breakfast alternative to the expensive menu at the hotel would have been helpful - for example, coffee and a simple pastry for 15 Euro or less. The only choice other than the expensive hotel menu for breakfast before 10 A.M. in the neighborhood was the local Starbucks.

Everything was great. Location was best. Especiall the classic design of the whole hotel, wide space and furniture of room, French restaurant were impressive.

It is practically at the city center, walking distance from the opera house. it has a mall just beside it. the rooms are very luxurious, lobby is designed the old world luxury pomp and circumstance without being tacky, well designed. staff are very efficient and helpful, especially the concierge.

the hotel check in staff very rude and not profissional at all, you should not ask for any passengers demand in advance since it is not respected staff under estimating the clients intelligence - reservation not received- suddenly reservation exist- no extra information received- room type not provided or must pay a difference of Euro 1300 extra per night, what the hell is going on?

kind and well-trained staffs, location (5minutes-walk from Oper), comfortable room and facilities, large supermarket is in the same building (under the hotel)
