Everyone treated us good, didn't feel stuffy like other luxury hotels. Perfect location in the city near shops, sights, and restaurants

We expected great service, but disappointed. First we asked to bring a suitcase rack to a boy who helped me with the suitcase. Nothing happened for 30 minutes and it came after I made a second call. Tv had trouble so often. I gave up asking to fix it on the second day. Only very limited speed of wifi was available for free. The worst experience was that we forgot a mobile charge cable in the room. We expected this class of hotel to send us back and asked the hotel on the next day by email, but they did not even reply to it. You can see what rises the price so high. Very gorgeous, but I am afraid to say no value for money for those who do not appreciate these costly things.

The hotel, staff and location were excellent!! Hotel restaurants were also excellent. We hope to return to Vienna and will absolutely stay at the Grand over The Bristol and Sacher hotels!

The excellent staff - each and every member of staff from the doorman who welcomed us in his top hat to the housemaids, including reception all were exceptionally happy and spoke English very well. Our room was beautiful and decorated in traditional style and oozed old style wealth. My husband and I were there on a long awaited anniversary trip for 4 days and the hotel even sent up a lovely cake and champers. This hotel was a true hotel - where the emphasis is really on the happiness of the guests. The concierge was so helpful in organising concert tickets and recommending a restaurant which served traditional Viennese food. Even as we grudgingly departed, the staff recommended the sister hotel across the street if we returned with our 2 boys. Magic!

Both hubby and I absolutely hated leaving. Only issue is the tv channels in English which are all repetitive news channels. Luckily, we were there as 'honeymooner's so the tv was superfluous although it was the latest tv as well!

Actually nothing to complain. Good location in the center of the city. Nice cafeteria for the breakfast is just nearby.

Certain smell which is typical for such kind of carpeting. Relatively expensive breakfast.

Nice and clever personnel: perfectly speaks english, very kind. The music in the hall is awesome! Cleaning - every day, chocolates on the pillow ;))) If Wien - only Grand Hotel!!!

Everything in this hotel is superlative: architecture, personnel service, quality of rooms. It worth the last cent payed. Excellent location. Pleasant sauna and effective gym. Outstanding in every sense.

The bad is comfortable. It is located in the very city center. Close to the citytour bus stop. Great food at the restaurant Le Ciel. Nice scent of shower gel and body lotion. Very good minibar.
