Grand Hotel Zell Am See

the location was excellent

The hotel was perfect with a wonderful view and including a vary nice staff .

There was no air condition and network in the rooms and the bed was uncomfortable.

Location, Restaurant place

Very very expensive, Very old furniture and design, Only one and very old elevator, No air condition, alot of insects if open the window, Noisy, no internet in the room is only in the lobby which is very slow and disconnect continuously, The choices is limited in the buffet, The omelet is not included in the breakfast and you have to pay 5 Eouro for it, They know that most of thier customers don't find what they saw in the pictures and surprise with very very old hotel with bad design and furniture and very expensive rate so they have restrict cancelation policy in top of that they charge the whole amount once you book directly.

Posizione sul lago eccezionale, cucina ottima

camere standard non da 4 stelle, con mobili economici e rovinati.

pozitia hotelului , servicile , parcarea hotelului , mancarea , barul , tereasa hotelului , ca aveam bicicleta la dipozitie pemanent , jacuzi , piscina.

aer conditionat , internet wirelles si in camera , sa returnati macar o parte din bani de cazare in cazul in care nu raman cat am platit pentru vari motive(am plecat mai devreme cu o zi ca am avut o urgenta si mi s-au oprit toti bani .nu mi se pare normal din moment nu am folosit camera ,nu am mancat ........ )
