Everything! This was an amazing, incredible hotel in a picture perfect town. Zell am See has to be the most beautiful spot on the planet. We were so happy here. The hotel staff were warm, friendly and genuine. The accomodations were stunning and the view was breath taking. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Grand Hotel and Zell am See. We will be back in a heartbeat.

Location We expected a room with view on the lake as that was booked. We got a very tiny room with a balcony and yes if we stood on the balcony we could see the lake. Breakfast nothing special, just the ordinary We skipped dinner as the menu did not give us the choices we were looking for. Price/Performance not good enough. Nothing special besides the location.

Ich schreibe lieber auf Englisch: We were given a ''luxury'' room overlooking the lake, with fabulous mountain views. The hotel price included a gourmet waiter-served dinner, of high standard with a lot of food choices and an excellent buffet breakfast. The overall impression of the hotel, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, location, size and location of room (view) was excellent. We will certainly repeat the experience again as we were very satisfied. There were no complaints whatsoever. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

Zell am see is simply a great place to be in for a piece of mind. Its proximity to all around tourist attractions is considered to be the greatest advantage when compare it with other places. Zell duelers are friendly and have a nice smiley look at their faces which will bring joy to you as well. For Grand Hotel, I thought that if I describe the place, I'd also convey a similar massage about the hotel too. So, please consider it that way. Car parking is too crowded even in low seasons. I suggest that hotel management shall consider building a multi-story parking lot of the German type. Another, thing was about the carpet used in the living room, It was old and with irreverent colors to the apartment decoration. Other than that, there is nothing more that I didn’t like about that hotel.
