The professionalism and friendliness of the staff and, of course, the exceptionally high level of culinary art of the hotel's Chef de Cuisine: one would never expect this perfection in harmonising various dishes in a comparatively unknown place: this Chef belongs to 8th district of Paris!

Professional 5 star hotel with a wonderful gourmet restaurant. We were travelling back from Kitzbuhel by train and the station in Innsbruck is straight across the street from the hotel, so very convenient and a great place to stay overnight before flying back to uk. The hotel is also very convenient to walk into the old town and explore. Took a little while to work out the state of the art lighting system in the modern rooms in the new wing.

Good location, reasonable price and comfortable room. WiFi didn't work properly in room. After 3 attempts to re-set this I was finally moved to another floor where it worked ok. Initially the hotel said the service is the same standard in all rooms but this doesn't seem to be the case and is something they could improve.

We really liked the Europa Suite. We really liked the head waiter in the restaurant. The reception staff were excellent. The accessability from the airport was wonderful. On our first breakfast we had a waitress who was outstandingly friendly and helpful. The bar staff were not good. One barman was actually rude to our daughter. He later came into the restaurant as a waiter and behaved arrogantly and unprofessionally. The head waiter did a good job of smoothing over his mistakes.

Restaurant Room servise and especially cleaning was the worst I have ever seen. The cleaning have just made up a bad, which is not enough even for 3 stars hotel, and Grand Hotel Europa is 5 stars hotel!!!!!! The hotel is much smaller than it is shown at the pictures.

The hotel is situated almost in the center of the city. The main shopping street is within 10 min waliking distance. The rooms are nice, clean and soundproof. I really liked that almost anything is controlled by a button within a hand reach, starting from the curtains, lights, music in the bathroom etc. I would choose this hotel again! We were situated on the first floor, facing a street so we didn't have the best view towards the mountains as expected. I wish that the hallway had lights, it was pretty dark.

The bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The food was excellent. Most of the staff were very friendly. The location was very good for both shopping and transportation. We had three rooms across two floors and all had poor internet connections that kept cutting out, and the password system proved problematic. When we raised this with the staff, they indicated initially that it was a problem specific to us, but later acknowledged it was a general problem that the service provider had yet to sort out. They were far from empathetic, but we imagine this is due to the fact that they receive endless complaints about this. For a 5 star hotel, the absence of a swimming pool was a trifle annoying to. If the internet (which is very important to me for work and other reasons) gets sorted out I will happily stay there again. If not, then I'd have to think long and hard.

5-star hotel but not worth more than 3, the price is too high for the services offered, very bad morning meal! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, not staying with him will be sorry! location and so!! otherwise nothing !!!!!

It was nice and clean. It has a smoking lounge. I would not ratre it a 5 star hotel, but rather a 4 star. I found the ratings in this part of Europe overall at least one star higher than it proved to be. The staff was very efficient and pleasant. I could not control the heat it was warm and I used the A/C to get the temperature, The smoking lounge was filled with people who did not appear to be hotel guests but rather a bunch of guys placing bets on their computers. I am not sure what that was about.

Very modern well maintained room.Spacious. Hotel staff very cordial and helpful. Great location for rail and sight-seeing old Innsbruk. Excellent restaurant in hotel. A.tad pricey but well worth it. Valet parking available. No complaints.

The staff and their assistance, the services, quick respond to the request. Rom had a baby crib and extra bed for the child upon arrival. The room was crowded with furniture. Too many things. Was a bite hard to move with kids. The corridors color, was dull and gray.

check in was very welcoming and our room was available on our early arrival. location opposite train/bus station was excellent and being able to walk to the city and all facilities was perfect. definitely a five staff hotel in all respects. entry foyer very comfortable and lovely in appearance. all staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. room bathroom and accessories very comfortable. breakfast menu good variety and well set out. lovely austrian attire and furnishings. we would definitely recommend this hotel nothing would disappoint. nothing
