-Very friendly reception staff, also staff at spa is really very friendly. -Surroundings of the hotel are absolutely beautiful, it is a great experience to spend a weekend there. -The quality of food int he restaurant was ok, but not really specail for such a level of 4**** Grand Hotel. -Hotel rejected on the last day to accept Credit Card payments, while such possiblity about Credit Card was mentioned on it's website. -The business corner pc was not workign well, as well a printer there. |

I liked the standard of the sauna and pool facilities and the general ambiance the service at the dinner restaurant was a bit slow |

The beautiful panoramic view, the fresh air and the lovely chapel situated near the hotel are my favorite. On the other hand, the full breakfast buffet add to our trip a lovely remembrance. |

De spa/wellness voorzieningen zijn uitgebreid en netjes. Mijn (voordeligste) kamer was nog steeds zeer ruim. Veel Weense chique en oudere clièntele (is niet voor iedereen een minpunt natuurlijk). De skipiste is ca. 1 km/15 minuten lopen (op gewone schoenen). |

Pozitionarea hotelului este excelenta pentru impatimitii sporturilor de iarna. Daca nu schiati nu este nici o problema, exista alternative.Hotelul este ok, personalul amabil, camerele mari spatioase.Pretul cam mare. Ventilatia in bai nu este buna. Schimbati modelul vasului de WC, ca nu e in regula. |

Cel mai mult imi place localizarea lui ,la doi pasi de dom,este curatenie ,si pe 24 decembrie cand am fost pretul era bun pentru acest hotel si bine ar fi sa fie tot asa,mai ales ca eu merg des la Viena. Chiar nu consider ca mai trebuie inbunatatit nimic ,doar pretul sa ramana asa cum a fost in decembrie si nu dublu cum a fost in vara. |

名門ホテルではある。しかし、フロントの女性の対応が悪かった。チェックイン時に、booking.comで予約した旨、予約確認書を見せて説明したのに「名前がない。オーバーブッキング」といわれる。しっかりを確認させ、僕の名前を見つけたようだが、次に言ったのは「ジャスト・ワン・ナイト」。これは「たった１泊」という意味で受け止めた。いやな感じをもったままエレベーターに乗ったら、人をバカにしたようなコメディアンの写真が掲げてあり（おそらくイベントがあるのでしょう）、ますます腹が立った。ただ、部屋はよかった。料金は高い。このホテルを選ぶ際に「レビュー」を参考にしたが、あまり評判はよくなかった。そのとおりだと思った。 フロントの対応はかなり悪い！ |
