Le luxe abordable. Très bien situé à 2 pas de la vieille ville. Parking non compris dans le prix de la chambre : 10€ par jour. |

The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful view of the river and city at the front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We have travelled and stayed in a lot of hotels around the world, and we were very impressed with this one. The location is perfect for just about everything in Graz. |

Superb location as it's in the heart of the town but the hotel still retains that peaceful tranquility which one often seeks on a city break. |

The breakfast was really home-made and various. I recommend it to all the guests. Good location and service. Plenty of information about the touristic routes by the city. The furniture could be renovated in deluxe rooms and the bathroom is too small. |

breakfast was excellent,staff were mostlt friendly. the hotel was in a good location, the rooms were of good size No atmosphere, the hotel was very quiet, the bar was not very comfortable. did not think the hotel was 5* as there is not enough facilities |

Traditional, perfectly located hotel with nice views of old Graz (from the river facing rooms. Very good value for the price we paid. More like a 4 start than a 5 star. Room spaceous but not very cosy. |

Sehr gute Lage in Graz. Der Kunde wie ich versteht wohl unter 5 Sternen wohl auch optimale Sauberkeit und Komfort. Tatsächlich ist das Hotel mittlerweilen wieder etwas schmudelig seit der letzten Restaurierung geworden. Die Hotelinhaber sollten mal grundlegend investieren und renovieren. |

Läget var bra, mitt i centrum. Airkondition fungerade hela tiden, vilket inte alltid är fallet på alla hotell. Fina och stora rum. För att vara ett 4-stjärnigt hotell så var sängarna jättedåliga, bäddmadrasserna saknades. Har de inte råd med dem? Fick ont i hela kroppen pga att man kände resåren från sängbotten. |
