chambre avec bow-window donnant sur la rivière Mur et la vielle ville: un régal. Très bon confort, personnel agréable.Une étape à recommander, et rapport qualité/prix remarquable meilleure indication du parking à l'arrivée: il ne faut pas aller au parking et laisser la voiture devant l'hotel à un voiturier, ce qui est parfait |

Sans doute pour longtemps la meilleure adresse à graz. La localisation est excellente à deux pas de la vieille ville. Etablissement historique de luxe avec un très grand confort et chaleureux. Grande chambre bien climatisée. Petit déjeuner remarquable dans une salle magnifique. Parking privé à proximité. Il n'y a pas d'hésitation : l'hôtel est à prix raisonnable de grande classe |

Beau bâtiment, belles salles,chambres spacieuses, au centre ville et près de la vieille ville qui est magnifique. Petit déjeuner trop cher. Service très impersonnel: serveurs uniquement préoccupés à débarrasser votre table. On ne vient jamais vous demander si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Dans les chambres, impossible de s'abriter des lumières de la rue de nuit. Les rideaux extrêmement sales et non fonctionnels. |

Everything was nice in this hotel. Is situated in the heart of the town, near Mur river and all was just nice! I’ll come again with pleasure here. And the price is good! |

Very large and comfortable rooms. Nice interior. Excellent location, practically in the city centre. Terrible noise at top floors from some equipment on the roof - if you sleep not very well, it will be a problem. Parking is not near the hotel but two blocks from it. And they don't credit "Miles&More" card if you book a room through booking.com. |

Big, comfortable room very well catered, luxurious breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent location by the river, next to the impressive Kunsthaus and just opposite the old town. The steps in the entrance (there is no ramp) is not convenient with the luggage. |

The staff at the Wiesler was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The A/C at the Wielser was a wonderful treat in a country where such climate control is a rarity. Breakfast -- in the ample Austrian style -- was served in the stunning Jugenstil (Art Nouveau) dining room. The hotel is showing its age, but it is aging gracefully. |

Good location for visiting central Graz, a short stroll across the river bridge. Spacious double room, with full length bath & over-bath shower. Air conditioning coped well with hot summer weather. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good and ample selection of hot and cold food at breakfast, with attentive service. Reverberating fan noise at night, possibly from other air-con units, took a while to get used to. |

Very good location, close to the historical center, next door to the new Art Museum. We had a very nice, large and bright room. Good arrangement with private parking across the street. The common areas could use renovation. The actual decoration of the common areas and rooms is not as bright and pleasant as presented on the internet. The breakfast is extermely expensive, but there is plenty of caffes around the hotel. |

Excellent location, breakfast and restaurant. Room was very spacious. Probably the best value for money hotel (internet special price) we stayed in on our 4 week trip. The restaurant was espeically good and reasonably priced. Nothing we didnt like. |

The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful view of the river and city at the front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We have travelled and stayed in a lot of hotels around the world, and we were very impressed with this one. The location is perfect for just about everything in Graz. |

The breakfast was really home-made and various. I recommend it to all the guests. Good location and service. Plenty of information about the touristic routes by the city. The furniture could be renovated in deluxe rooms and the bathroom is too small. |
