sehr freundliches und bemühtes personal, optimale lage sowohl für die freizeitanlage als auch für einen besuch in graz (direkt neben der autobahnabfahrt; trotzdem kein verkehrslärm in den zimmern), sehr saubere, bequeme zimmer. hotel stellt kostenlos räder und eintrittskarten für die freizeitanlage zur verfügung. |

Sehr freundliche und bemühte junge Mitarbeiter. Prozedur mit Unterschrift, um ein Zimmerfenster öffnen zu können! Statt Minibar Market Shop an der Rezeption finde ich komisch und zeigt offensichtliches Misstrauen mir als Gast gegenüber. |

sehr freundlich, sehr gutes Essen (Abendessen und Frühstück), schönes Zimmer, internat. (vor allem amerikanisches) Flair, trotzdem aber viel "Steiermark" ;-) In meinem Zimmer war die Mini-Bar leer und stattdessen ein Hinweis auf den "Shop" im Erdgeschoß. Ich nehme hier lieber etwas höhere Preise in der Mini-Bar in Kauf als (spät) am Abend noch etwas im Shop kaufen zu müssen. |

chambre impeccable arrivant très tardivement à Graz, j'avais sélectionné cet hotel comme etant à l'aeroport, or il a fallu 15mn de taxi pour arriver; à 23h30 c'est pas cool. |

heel mooit verzorgd hotel, ligging tov de luchthaven service, vriendelijkheid en prijs/kwaliteit van de bistro bar bij het hotel = niet goed. Hebben me een amerikaans ontbijtbuffet van 17€ aangerekend terwijl ik een gewoon bufet had genomen (zonder me na te vragen) |
