My only criticism is the bar and reception is all smoking which is very unusual considering most European hotel bars are non smoking

Its location suited my needs as to its closeness to graz. It was not so easy to reach the hotel from graz airport at night. Choice of food (dinner) was not great.

Good location and very friendly staff; a special mention to Katrin, very kind and professional. Comfortable and clean rooms. Rooms are not soundproofed......a little too much noise incoming from aisle during the night.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue solo de una noche, llegamos a las 11 de la noche al aeropuerto de Graz y fue perfecto para pasar la noche, aunque sin GPS seria muy difícil de encontrar.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war um 9.30 schon ziemlich leergeräumt und wurde zum Teil auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Zimmergröße war sehr gut. Die Betten /Matratzen auch sehr gut. Im Zimmer konnte man sich wohl fühlen. Die Gardine braucht dringend eine Wäsche. Die Lage des Hotels ist für ein Graz -Besuch sehr weit weg von der Stadt und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schwer zu erreichen, es bleibt nur das Taxi, und das wird teuer. Das ist sehr schade, denn sonst wäre es das perfekte Stadthotel.Für Geschäftsreisende (Autobahn und Flughafen aber ist es ideal.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet Ruhige Lage und ruhge Zimmer -Teurer W-Lan (Internet ) Zugang- gibt es in vielen Hotels bereits kostenlos -Parkplatz muss sehr teuer bezahlt werden -Minibar ist generell nicht befüllt -alter Röhrenbildschirm auf dem Zimmer - Matratzen sind sehr weich

Goed hotel om te overnachten richting het zuiden. Vriendelijk personeel, rolstoeltoegankelijk en een lekker ontbijt.Is gesitueerd tussen kantoren, maar wel direct langs de snelweg.

Nähe zur Schwarzlsee-Bühne. Super Bett. Parkplätze vorhänden.Reichlich Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet. Freundliches Personal. ( Wurde beim Frühstück dreimal von der selben Dame begüßt :) ) Optimal um ein Konzert am Schwarzelsee ohne An- und Abreisestress zu genießen. Auch zum See, zum Flughafen und letzendlich in die Stadt ist es ein Katzensprung. Gerne wieder wen nicht der im Zimmer angeschlagene Preis taxiert wird. Der Fernseher und seine Handhabung. Im Zimmer befand sich ein alter Röhrenfernseher mit unübersichtliuchem Menü und umständlicher Handhabung.Leider sind solche "Kisten"heute nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Sonst alles in bester Ordnung.

Sehr schönes Hotel, es hat alles gepasst. Liegt direkt beim Freizeitzentrum Schwarzlsee. Wir hatten dort ein Konzert besucht, daher Lage dafür ideal.

Frühstück ist viel zu teuer. Außerdem hat man uns den vollen Frühstückspreis verrechnet, obwohl wir nur die kleine Portion genommen haben. Wenn ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen werde, dann ohne Frühstück. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung
